Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Fabulous place! Its super spacious , very well furnished and has absolutely all you need to feel like you where at home. The building is very safe, very modern and in a prestegious location. Prefect not just for a 1 night stay , but even for a long stint if you are in BKK for business or a digital nomad as myself. Frankly this is the best place in BKK I have stayed in to far. 10 out of 10 and i can only highly recommend it . The host Penny is very attentive and super caring. Just wow. This appartment is( just like all the others from this superhost) very comfortable and clean. Penny (The host) is very helpful and taking care of us since we arrive in airport, and make sure we can reach the room efficiently. The room is located in very strategic area, its next to one of very famous fashion mall called Platinum Mall. And its also near to Central Wolrd, around 5 mins walk, Siam Paragon around 10mins, it also near Saen Saep Canal and near Pratunam Pier Station where you can go to Wat Phra Kaew by boat. But it also very easy to find buses (to MBK, wat pho, khaosan road,etc), taxis, grab, tuk tuk because the building is in the main road and tourist area. Most importantly the room has kitchen appliances, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, the host also give us some welcome drinks in the refrigerator which enough for us untill the last day of our stay. You also can find a lot of 24h restaurant such as McD in front of the building and burger king in the first floor. The local food also available near the area that you must try. I really enjoy my time stay in this new listing , and room and definetely will come to book again next time around. Thank you again for all Miss Penny

Hong KongThere are no towels to use at the pool. The pool is shared with the hotel, but the towels for hotel guests are not available to condominium guests. Kitchen equipment and cutlery are pretty limited but sufficient for a couple. There is no tv in the bedroom but the one in the lounge is good. NOT a big issue for us but the lounge and bedroom are divided only by a lightweight curtain and not a door..
We were greeted by the owner, who was very friendly, helpful, and informative and met us exactly on time. She has quite a few other properties at the development. Our unit overlooked the pool on the 10th floor and had a compact balcony. It was quiet despite the proximity of the development to a very busy road. The apartment is a decent size with a separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It was clean and tidy. Good sized Tv in lounge. Wifi is decent to stream netflix etc. The kitchen has a good fridge/freezer microwave and 2 hot plates. Equipment is supplied but is quite basic. The owner supplies plenty of drinking water. The bed is large and comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space.The sofa in the lounge is relatively small but ok for 2 people. There are no chairs on the balcony, so I needed to use the dining chair out there. Water pressure is good and plenty of hotwater in shower. The owner was responsive on the app and on whatsapp and helpful to allow us,a check out at a time that best suited us. The pool is lightly used and gets sunshine most of the day and is a good temperature.There is a good gym and sauna. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and have no hesitation to stay with this owner at this place again. Plenty of facilities of all kinds in the local area within walking distance.

IndiaThe room was not meant to be rented by the building authorities. We were supposed to keep a low profile when we entered or exited the building. Basically illegal.
