The hotel is relatively oldish but well-maintained.

The hotel is nicely located with a small private beach. There is an "only adults" area, which promotes comfort and relax for those with no children. The stuff was helpful and supportive. We also liked the outdoor breakfast.

Amazing Resort, located by the beach with wonderful 2 pools (i wasnt expecting the 2nd one). Staff is very kind & helpful. Breakfast was delicious too (not many offers but still good variety of things to chose from). I would definitely go back if going to Koh Chang again.

My only issue was the restaurant at night. The food is average at best and the atmosphere of the outside dining area is not great. Most resorts in Thailand have great restaurants, but this was a bit lacking and we ended up eating out most nights

Gorgeous grounds and planting made tgd place feel lush and tropical. Location with a private beach is excellent, close to Kai Bay which is bustling. Great pools and breakfast was really good, with plenty of options

EVERYTHING! - the resort is located in an area full of bars and restaurants (thai and international food is delicious: you can try Barrio, Pizza&Pasta bar, Fin) - two 7eleven stores nearby (5’ walk from the resort) - the garden is well maintained - 2 pools very clean and not crowded at all - one rooftop area from where you can watch the sunset for free - the design of the wooden bungalows is very nice - the room was very clean and had a spacious bathroom - the sunbeds are very confortable - the staff smiles all the time and is very respectful/helpful - you can ask the reception to help you with renting a scooter (250baht/day) - you can buy 6 pack water for only 10baht/bottle and the staff brings it to your room

Maybe a few more seafront chairs would have been helpful, it got pretty busy in the afternoon. Bathrooms could use a bit of renovation, but nothing too much, just re-polish the wood and fill in a couple of cracks.

Great location, nice facilities, the property is well taken care of. The breakfast buffet is not the biggest, but they had different choices every day, so it did not get boring. Food in the restaurant was also very tasty, highly recommended for lunch/dinner. The bungalow was very spacious, with a large bed that had a medium hard mattress. There are two nice pools, that were almost empty during our stay, so we could fully enjoy them. The sea is also swimmable in high tide, you just have to wear swimming shoes because of the rocks. Other than that the water was clear and you could swim easily. Another great feature was the free use of kayaks and stand up paddles. Overall, a great resort for a longer stay, calm and quiet. Oh and almost no russians were present during our stay, which is an added bonus, because there are plenty of them on the island.

The whole resort is very lovely and the bungalows are also great and very clean and the location is beautiful to watch the sunset. The breakfast was one of the best during our Thailand trip. Staff is super professional and friendly.

The lunch/evening kitchen was very disappointing (only a few pricey options), but we understand there's no proper restaurant. More vegan options at the breakfast buffet would be amazing!

The four of us (two couples) liked everything! Excellent location, private little beach with trees and a micro climate, beautiful rooms in a wooden maze, amazing breakfast buffet. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Would come back here for sure!

Stone in the sea but still good access to the water!

Good location. The houses are renovated and very well kept! Breakfast was superb. No body mentioned it but the water in the pool is more salty then full with chemical very good to swim and enjoy the sunset! They have pretty big territory and despite the complex was fully booked we can’t feel there is many people. Many restaurant around the hotel!

The room had a funky smell when we arrived but when we turned of the main AC it went away. Fortunately the room had another AC in the bathroom area that was enough to keep the room at a pleasant temperature.

Loved the breakfast, the pool and the little beach. Also the staff where awesome! Also located near many good restaurants and shops on the main street.

Beautiful, peaceful setting, 2nd stay here over festive period. Breakfast now moved so it’s overlooking beach & pool the most amazing views to start day. Loved breakfast time, never too busy, lots of choice. So many lovely restaurants and massage as soon as you step out of hotel. Loved size of rooms and privacy of small decked area with two sunloungers. We stayed in over 16s area. My favourite area of hotel is the huge pool for over 16s. However kids did use pool while we were on our stay and it was never challenged, maybe few more signs up would help direct parents with children to other pool? We were not ready to leave this amazing hotel after 9 nights, can’t wait to return!

I'm not a big fan of the plastic shower cabin but that's a personal taste.

The resort provided us with a perfect stay. We spent a week there and found the staff to be friendly, enjoyed a very good breakfast, and appreciated the lovely garden and swimming pool. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The location is very convenient, quiet, and within a few minutes' walk, you'll find numerous restaurants.

The decking was a little loud when people were walking on it, especially when kids were running on it.

Such a relaxing place but also super close to the hustle and bustle of Koh Chang. The staff were excellent without being overwhelming, the huts were perfect and the pool/garden area was great.

The villa was super nice only it had unnecessary furnitures in the room ( like 2 big couches and a desk) a wardrobe would have been better. There was rack in the bathroom though but still not much to put your clothes away. and the pool could have more plants on the side..

Beautiful resort. Tucked away in the nature. Staff was friendly and helpfull. If you need anything you send a WhatsApp and they bring it to you. Good service! breakfast choice was excellent

At the first night we were allocated at room 101 which seemed to be fine. But at night, there was a bar opposite the hotel playing quite loud music until late. There is also an animal walking on the roof above the bed. So we requested to change to a new room.

The hotel itself, swimming pool and breakfast are all good. Bed is comfy. There are many restaurants close by just stepping out of the hotel.
