Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent location and value for money close walk to the beach and all the attractions of Ao Nang. The helpful owner went above and beyond for my needs and even took care of my suitcase for 3 nights while I was away exploring other islands.

South AfricaI'm not sure if the whole of Thailand is this way . But the noise from the road was horrendous. Motorbikes revving and cars hooting until the sun rises. Earplugs didn't even help .to make it even better we had to wait 25mins to check in because they were still cleaning the room

Location is perfect it’s close enough to everything but just outside of the busier areas, every member of staff went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable and as easy as possible. United StatesGot no sleep at all. Hardest bed I've ever slept on. AC blows directly on you. Street noise is awful, motorcycles hit the throttle as soon as they are in the area. Tub looks nice but won't fill up. Shower head is clogged and doesn't spray enough. Clean enough though and the staff is nice. But what's the point if you can't sleep
