The WIFI was very intermittent and weak. Otherwise it is a brilliant hotel.

Breakfast was amazing huge selection well presented. We used the pool often very accessible as well as the gym.

Limited number of plugins in a room. Little tricky to find a building by entering the corner instead of front to help the drivers to locate it. Have to pay extra night just because I arrive Bangkok after 12am and not count the date of my entry. Room maybe small but at least bed was cozy.

Breakfast worth it. Pool. Good thing the gym has punching bag and boxing gloves for my Muay Thai training. Shorter walk to Siam BTS Station. And the Jim Thompson museum. 12-15 minute walk to MBK.

We happened to stay when they did a full building pest control spray, so a lot of bugs turned up dead in the room. But housekeeping always cleaned them up for us. Some staff were not great with english, so asking some questions took a few different approaches.

The room was very spacious and housekeeping always did a great job with cleaning the room and resupplyed everything (towels, slippers, toothbrush and water). I also liked that we were rewarded when we request not to have the pillows/sheets changed every day (you get a soft drink, icecream and popcorn).

The wifi was slow and not responsive. The air conditioners make the balcony extremely hot. The temperature controls are outdated and very inaccurate. The condition of this building is worn and out dated. Too expensive for the quality. Seems to attract a lot of partiers. Cannot smoke on the balcony.

I think that they upgraded my room. Which was nice fantastic view. They have a lot of signs up reminding people to be quiet.

My 4th time staying here. Location is perfect so close to the BTS and all the major malls. Good variation in breakfast everyday

The breakfast starts at 6:30am and was a little bit cold first thing but still nice.

I have stayed at the evergreen before and the rooms where a little dated it was a pleasant surprise that the rooms had been updated and where spacious and clean. The staff were great from the front desk to the breakfast staff and porters.

The gym equipment could be better, I guess. And we waited for a bit during check-in. But check-out was very smooth and overall, I enjoyed everything the hotel has to offer.

The room was clean and very spacious. I love how safe and convenient the location was. There's a 7-Eleven by the hotel and Ratchathewi BTS station is nearby. You can also walk for about 10 minutes to many malls like Siam Discovery, Siam Center, Siam Paragon, and MBK Center. No complaints with the fast and reliable WiFi. Friendly staff. They provide water bottles daily.

The lifts are slow to arrive as there are only two for a very substantial building. The shower is now quite dated - being installed on a bath with shower curtain

location is perfect near to metro station also 5minutes to mbk,centeral and siam mall we didn't have time to pool but it seemed good from balcony front desk was helpful they manage taxi for us to airport 500 baht

The balcony is very close to the adjacent room
