The host Tinee went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay, she was extremely welcoming and kind. She even did our laundry for free which was amazing. The room itself was big with a comfortable bed. It’s a 15min walk to town, but Tinee offered pick up from the bus station and dropped us back to town when we checked out

Nothing! We didn’t want to leave. Location is on top of the hill - very accessible by bike, we had no issues at all.

Everything! We only had a night booked here and ended up staying for 7 more. Thani and Dewi were the best hosts! So kind, attentive and friendly. Room is so spacious, amazing shower, nice balcony and air con is always a benefit. We would definitely come back here, very good value for money.

The location at the top of the hill is a 15 min walk from town but it's not that bad, just be aware of it, and the last half of the walk is all uphill. I had fun playing with the puppies but they are getting bigger and it is a lot of dogs, so I worry once they all get big.

We loved staying at Kiniman! The bungalow was spacious and had a nice large balcony/deck with a table and chairs. The shower had good pressure and got reasonably hot. The area is beautiful and there's a bar/restaurant they're working on getting open, but you can hang there and the sunset view is nice. There's a little outdoor kitchen area with a microwave and panini maker(we could make our own 7/11 toasties:)haha) and theres a fridge in the room. Thani and Dewi were such wonderful hosts, so kind and helpful!

The naturalistic side of the property is lovely, we have a beautiful shower that you can shower under beautiful trees. You are offered welcome gifts upon arrival and even a shuttle service! - I highly recommend this place for the service of the hosts. The comfortable bed, outdoor shower, bar at the end of property that has an upstairs area for you to watch the sunset in a romantic environment! They offers services even for laundry! If you’re looking for a low cost lovely bungalow then I would recommend! You also right near the centre of Pai! Hope you have a great time if you chose here have a great time! Thank you Dewi and Tinee for a fantastic stay! It was the best and I will be coming back very soon! 💗

This resort is amazing! Would recommend it to everyone, the people that run the place are so kind and willing to help! If you like a little basic and quietness in Pai you should go here. Places to eat and do laundry are on walking distance, definitely my go-to when I visit Pai in the future!

Nothing to declare. I only hated the fact that I had to leave ! :))

I liked everything:)booked for 2 days and ended staying quite longer :) The bed is comfortable and room is nice. The location is great being out of the city but still really close especially if you rent a small bike and the ambience is quiet. The staff Dewi and Tiny did an impeccable job! They do their best to help around. I’ll be back for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location and setting is lovely, feels very relaxed but close enough to Pai centre to access what you want. The cabin itself is exactly as advertised, we loved it. The owners are so friendly and helpful, which really adds to the experience and makes it nice!

Unfortunately, the bed mattresses are so uncomfortable that I often woke up because my back hurt. You can literally feel the springs.

The staff was very nice and courteous. The accommodation has everything you need. The children played with four lovely puppies the whole time. Thank you for a lovely time.

Could have done with a dustbin and something to pack clothes into.

Just on the outskirts of the main town. Lovely natural garden with trees and shrubs. Good size raised traditional wooden chalets with covered patio discretely spaced apart for a quieter stay and a feeling of privacy. Aircon and good shower. There is also a restaurant on the property for drinks and simple Thai food menu at very reasonable prices. Comfortable, large double bed.
