Checkout process was not too smooth. Took a long time while we were in a rush to get to the next destination. Could be better next time

The villa is quite new with modern design. Every facility inside the room is beautifully designed. The staff is super helpful with luggage and give a detailed room tour. Location is convenient close to the main street with lots of food and patong beach is just across the street. Breakfast is super duper good! Great mix of traditional thai food and brunch type food. The cafeteria for breakfast is also very beautiful, really like the interior design.

The pool being unable to be used due to renovations. However we did appreciate being able to use the hotel across the roads pool which was organised and facilitated by Eden.

The decor and rooms were fresh, clean & modern. The staff were nothing but helpful, accommodating, friendly & kind. The location was extremely central and convenient.

I was taken away by the lobby it was like something in a tropical island I was surprised how this hotel in the hassle and bussel was so quite and tranquil. In the reception Joe and plaifah were so polite and attentive thank you so much,Breakfast was excellent, only thing was they were having mantainance done to the pool which they notified me prior it would have been nice but I really didn't mind 😊thankyou

Pool was being refurbished but we could use the one in the hotel next door and it was lovely. We were even given vouchers for free drinks. Honestly the service was great.

Staff were really friendly. The place was a beautiful oasis in a very busy city.

Special mention to the Manager: Nop, Reception: Joe, Porsche, Rose, Restaurant: Minbo, Oilly. This is easily a 5 stars hotel with 5 stars service. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The landscaping is beautiful. And the restaurant is crazy good. We had all our meals there 4 days in a row. Food and service was excellent. Prices are reasonable too, quite close to what you would pay outside. Location is great as it is 5 mins walk to the beach and away from all the noise of the main road. This hotel is the main reason why our trip to Phuket is enjoyable. Thanks to all staff members. You guys are fantastic.

Excellent location closer to major happenings in Patong but very calm and serene inside.

Room cleaning was not up to the satisfaction. I felt it was done in a rush. Floors were not cleaned properly. Stained pillow covers were not changed. Lots of flies inside the room due to outdoor garden.

Breakfast food was very good. Service staff were excellent.

Can’t really add much more to all the other glowing about this little gem of a hotel. Everything about it is outstanding. Some reviewers complained about the pool but I found it perfectly clean and warm and had it to myself most mornings. I stayed for 12 nights in total, and in this time, I observed the staff constantly cleaning the rooms and tending to the gardens. All staff were very friendly and always welcomed you when them famous Thai smiles. Essentially recommended

Eden resort was a stunning and beautiful resort. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and a welcome drink/towel. Our room was very spacious and luxurious, it was giving a very Mediterranean costal decor and the smart tv was a bonus for those late night movies or stay in bed type of days. The room was kept to a very tidy and clean standard. Staff were amazing and helpful. Only a short 10-15 min walk from Bangla road or 5 min bike ride. Restaurant on property as well also a mini mart l, laundry service and tattoo studio across the road or next door. Beach was a 5 min walk too.

In the middle of the city, absolutely spectacular; from facilities to service. A special appreciate to the receptionists who were very attentive to us at all times. We recommend it!

Umbrellas at the pool need to be replaced. I would suggest to explain the breakfast concept better.

Super location, quit but central. Nice ambiance; reception, garden and rooms. Lots of nice toutches in the room (umbrella, flipflops, complimentary mini bar).

It is close to the beach, walkable with many things around the area. Also very close to a convenient store and also their own restaurant. The room is really beautiful and matched our expectations. The services provided by the staffs is 10/10.
