Make sure you keep the rooms maintained as starting to look a bit unloved in places. You spent a lot of money doing the refurb so keep up that standard or you will need to spend a lot more.

Not really a 4 star hotel; kitchen cupboards are loose and could fall, wallpaper peeling, walls are paper thin, pool gets shaded quick and not enough sun beds, rooftop bar is quite pricey for a hotel bar.

Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Staff were lovely, cleaners cleaned rooms regularly. Good kitchen facilities. Supplied with toiletries.

Only complaint i would have is that some guests were leaving towels on sunbeds early in the morning and not returning for hours which meant other guests had no beds to use- maybe management should take a look at this problem, it is unfair when you see beds with towels and not in use and others left without a bed.

Location of the Hotel was good - a short walk to the main beach area - nice and quiet at night, The room was adequate - good size for two people- standard of cleaning was very good- well stocked re toiletries When we arrived on October 5th - the girl on reception was very friendly and welcoming- spoke very good English.

There was a slight musty/drain smell when first entering the room. The beds/pillows are not the comfiest but still provide a decent nights sleep.

The staff were friendly, good selection at breakfast but not english sausage/bacon if that's what you want. Rooms cleaned daily. 5 min walk to beach

Sometimes it was difficult to get beds at the pool. People tend to leave their towels out early and reserve the beds for the day.

Mattress wasn't great, wasn't terrible either.

Very clean, good location close to restaurants and 11 minute walk to the beach. We were able to find street parking in September. The included breakfast was all gluten free except for pastries and bread but gluten free bread was available.

Idiots who got up every morning to put towels down on sun beds then disappeared for most of day should have signs up etc .sun beds could also do with being replaced.Says its 4 star but it’s not quite

Room was very clean .location bit out of way but sort of new the area .pool was nice size for a swim .only 10 min walk to beach . Sltaff very friendly .

The sunbed situation as mentioned in previous reviews. We were not prepared to throw towels over them at 9.am and leave them there all day when we went out. A fairer system should be used as in other hotels,that is the only reason we would not return.

Pool area could do with more sun loungers and pool bar could do with a better lunch menu

Great location only 10 minutes walk from the bustle of restaurants and bars beach about 15 minutes too. Hotel very clean, stayed in studio which had everything, kitchenette etc bathroom bit small but fine, breakfast fine too Sky bar on roof lovely too, great view of city at night
