The hotel should communicate their cash deposit policy in advance to avoid any confusion and also to make sure that customers have enough cash with them.

Overall everything was almost perfect! The staff is smiling and very sincere and the quite location is ideal to explore Patong area. The breakfast is limited but offers decent quality products.

Only minor thing is that you need a card to activate the lights and airconditioning. It takes a few seconds for the AC to work.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They work fast and efficient. They took care of me and my boyfriend after we fell from a motorbike. Thank you so much staff! The room and location is beautiful, a little oasis. Breakfast was good and had enough options. Also their coffee was really delicious! It’s in the city center but not in a crowded street. Would definitely come back again!

They charge you for every little thing that got damaged, like stained towels or broken glass.

The hotel located in the middle of Patong but when you entered it feels peaceful and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were very nice.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful and stylish villas. Restaurant with great food, the best we had during our holiday. Also restaurant is not expensive at all, same price as other restaurants in Patong. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and nice. They were providing the best service possible. Good pool suitable for a kid.

The room is very new. The staff was very friendly, location is very nice, away 10 min walk from bangla road, so its not noisy and many restaurants shops are available. Less than 5 min walk to patong beach

Translate to English: This hotel is simply fantastic. Ideally located a 2-minute walk from Patong Beach. It is brand new, extremely clean, and beautiful. It has its own restaurant offering various cuisines as well as a massage lounge. How can I put it? I've had multiple massages here, and they were the best massages of my entire life. Don't hesitate, it's a great hotel and very well located!

Charming boutique hotel in in a quiet area of central Patong. Beach is just 5min walk away. The hotel grounds are well maintained and nicely landscaped with a lovely swimming pool. The villas are very spacious, the interior design is fabulous. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming

We spent here 2 weeks with our 1,5 year daughter. This place is truly incredible. Everything was excellent. It`s really great place with all the details - design, near the beach, so nice staff and excellent food in the restaurant. It's paradise in a slightly wild location, like Patong :)

Very modern and clean with a fantastic location. It really is an “oasis of Patong!” The staff are so friendly and welcoming and always happy to help with whatever you need. We can’t praise this place enough. We were a little nervous e about booking at first as it’s a new hotel and didn’t have any other reviews, but we’re thrilled we took the gamble as this hotel is genuinely great! Huge and very comfortable bed, filter coffee facilities in the room and a lovely big shower! Fantastic place! Even has a small on site shop selling everything you could need and good prices too!

Absolutely everything! This property has been perfectly renovated. Everything is giving proper aesthetic. We loved it so much. Suggestion that property must market the renovations because the google review still show pictures of old bungalow resort. It really is great value for money and worth every cent!

We loved it here! The rooms were big, super nice designed and comfortable. The location is great, it’s in the middle of everything but still quiet. The staff is super friendly and helped us with everything we asked for! Highly recommended

The breakfast options are quite limited and the morning service staff is either new or undertrained. I've seen the restaurant busy for lunch and dinner and can probably assume people like it, though we never tried it. While there are 2 curtain layers, it would be great if that glass panel had reflective tint for added privacy during the day rather than having to use the sheer/dark curtains which block natural lighting. Context: every room is a separate 'bungalow' and has a wide window panel (as wide as the room).

The hotel re-opened recently (Dec 6) after a serious and amazing renovation (their google listing has the 'before' pictures for reference). The property is gorgeous and very well located (10± minutes from the beach and all the action). Reminder to the team to update their google listing because I got a mini heart attack after seeing it, thinking we got scammed on booking, lolll. The rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding. The bathrooms are nice with great water pressure. The staff is very friendly and prompt to respond for requests.
