The bedrooms are not so big and look a little dated.

The outside area is very nice and the location is great. Very near the village where we can find good shops and restaurants. Breakfast was also good with a lot of choices.

Everything was great. The only minor issue was that the city is far away.

We stayed at private villa with a roof top pool with laguna view. Kids loved it and it had everything you might ever need. Overall, it was an amazing experience, especially, access to the beautiful beach with incredible views. You might not need a villa if you're 2-3 people but I'd recommend a room with sea view!

The breakfast selection was okay however there was not a lot of variety if you are there for a number of days. Prices in the hotel for drinks are the equivalent of UK prices

The hotel had good facilities and was right on the beach. It was a short walking distance from some restaurants and taxi's were available to take you to Boat Avenue in the evenings.

Everything was good

We enjoyed the breakfast and the overall staff service! The weather was sunny everyday and it was beautiful to look out the windows and see the beach. On the last day the manager of the Dusit greeted us at the breakfast table and made sure that we were all satisfied. We were also allowed to check out at 4pm because of our late flight at no extra cost. It was a great holiday 💝

Disappointed no Put Put golf as advertised online when booking. Reception staff sometimes too inexperienced. The breakfast time could run an hour later. I missed breakfast twice as I slept in.

The breakfast was excellent, huge variety. Cleaning staff excellent. Food in the breakfast restaurant excellent for evening meal. Tennis coach, his staff and the hotel staff tennis team really made my stay. Excellent standard of tennis. Massages on the lawn not as good as the in town massages. Hotel location easy walk into town.

The rooms are quite small and don't have sufficient space to accommodate more than 1 big suitcase. The "sea view" is from afar and needs a lot of imagination, especially if your room is behind the restaurant. The balcony is extremely small. The amenities in the room are fine, however, they only provide 1 small body lotion for 2 adults. The gym needs serious refurbishment, especially the rusty tread mill from WW II. Don't use the taxi which waits in the hotel, because he charges double the normal rates. Download the local taxi apps and use them as they are much cheaper. The concierge told us that the taxi driver from the hotel will charge us the same price which was not true and he charged us double. Lesson learned the hard way. As a Customer Experience Auditor I would say that this is below any acceptable service level, and definately not a 5* service. Dusit is a well known international brand, and this particular property doesn't qualify as 5* neither by the facilities, nor by the service. I would definately not stay here again, and don't recomend this hotel as it doesn't provide value for the price you pay.

The hotel has a nice garden and is located right on the beach. It is very close to the Laguna and Maya beach club. The staff are friendly and helpful, except the concierge.

It needs some renovation, I undertand the sustainability concerns but I think it is time to change the beach towels, and I did not like the idea of using slippers used by others.

Chair blocking at the pool and the beach (sometimes before 7 am in the morning) is not in accordance with five star standards and should not and must not be tolerated.

we loved everything about it!

the property was stunning, everything you needed was available, with the added touch of a family mart around the corner. we stayed in a 2bed villa and it exceeded our expectations! the roof top pool was the icing on the cake. most of the staff were friendly and attentive. whilst eateries I’m the resort we’re limited, there was so much on our doorstep in Laguna.

The pool wasn't great, it had little trees around it to give protection against getting too much sun.

I liked the oceanfront room, which gives easy access to the pool and the beach. The room was large, the towels were soft and of good quality. The hotel had a Family Mart right outside the hotel, and that was so convenient to buy snacks and drinks during our stay.
