Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomGreat location walking distance to beach and shopping/nightlife (approx 20 minutes). But restaurants shops and bars available just outside hotel. Upgraded to suite. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Pool and bar area lovely. A calm oasis in Patong. Very clean.

GermanyThe villa we stayed in was amazing. The bed is super comfy and you have heaps of space, your own pool and your own rooftop terrace. The breakfast was exceptional, too. Everything your heart could possibly desire. The resort is like the perfect little bubble on all the Patong craziness, which definitely wasn’t our cup of tea. All the better that we had our villa. :)

Glad we booked this hotel because the area wasn't great and it would have spoiled our holiday if we had stayed in a bad hotel. The hotel and staff were lovely but there was some work being carried out to a new bar at the pool which caused a little noise inconvenience. I would recommend this hotel and if I did come to this area again then this would be the only hotel I would stay in.

The grounds are beautiful, the suites are spacious with a great view. The breakfast has lots of options for food and drinks. The happy hour at the bar offers great value, and the menu at the restaurant was very good. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, we slept like babies.
