Absolutely stunning hotel - gorgeous building with old features, massive room, friendly check in

With some repairs and minor tweeks, the hotel would be perfect. Seemed like many small issues was overlooked that could be fixed quickly (leaking AC, broken, broken electric plug, and adding cushions to the outside wooden chairs, etc). These minor fixes would bring this hotel to absolute perfection!

I loved te space of the room and the comfort of the bed. Also that the hotel was in a quiet location. The staff was very helpful and helped out in resolving some issues I had. Towels were good quality including the bedding and the room was cleaned everyday. I would definitely return!

No iron and iron board.

I want to scream.!! This is the awesome place i stay sooooo far (within budget) Forget about outdated furniture (come onnn guys, old is awesome). U found : - peaceful (for introvert person, u absolutely gonna love this place) - recreational park just nearby. U walk for 2 min and u found it. - soooooooooio near to beach. Imagine u jogging in front of the beach. Whatt~ crazyyyy. I know.. No worry, 7-11 also nearby. U dun die starving.. - they have swimming pool, lovely cat, book sections to read (but most in germany language) - facilities tip toppp.! Except no iron.

Everything was perfect except the pool that was uninviting because of how cloudy the water was.

Third stay here, loved the upgrade to a bigger room, hotel is beautiful and nicely situated away from from the noise but 2 min drive to town. Its low season so staff is reduced but adorable and helpfull

The accommodation was perfect. Very nice and helpful staff! The hotel is in a good location a few minutes from the river and not far from the city center. The pool is very pleasant when you don't want to go to the sea.

I don't know, somehow the bathroom and room floors felt sticky when we first arrived. Also the bed mattress was abit on the hard side but able to sleep. And from the start of the booking online (we requested for 'fresh sheets' that means 'newly washed bedsheets' because of the skin sensitivity of some of us) but somehow always gets a response from the chat that sounds sarcastic (hopefully not because we were not from western countries). When we arrived, it felt the same and was able to quickly recognize who responded as we get the same kind of responses whenever we ask questions. For the first 1,2 days the hotel was good but still feel the cold shoulder from the staff. But when the staff changed, it was much better and warmer. I think the hotel as a whole is good but some of the staff should really treat/communicate better with all guest equally well.

Location was short few minutes drive to the main town. The hotel looked nice, had a pool at the ground or lower ground floor) but we didnt really have time to try it since our itinerary is packed. They have a small bar at the lobby but we didnt try it but I think non-muslims would enjoy it. The whole hotel and room have a classic wooden Thai theme which is very nice. There is hot water in the bathroom, working air-con appreciate this so much because its very hot now) and a small fridge in the bedroom. Plenty of downlights but we prefer natural lighting because it goes well with the wooden room ambience. The rooms that we get have a balconies that face the beach but we dont actually get a good view of the beach since we have elevation in front and also trees and buildings but it is still quite nice. There is a lift. There is a few steps staircase though when you come up the lobby so family members with mobility issues or heavy luggage just need to be aware abit on this, no issues (hence this is not in the 'didnt like' segment). There should be enough parking but we came in non-peak season. One of the staff was super nice, helpful and good to talk with. Overall, nice play to stay, very chill.

I didn't like that I had to leave! I miss the 7/11 toasties just down the road so so so much. Still dreaming of the brandy and well priced beers, and of course the toasties.

The boss man was an absolute legend who went above and beyond for me, organising busses to the airport for me and gave me some bloody delightful brandy free of charge. The rest of the staff were also super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was divine every time. The room was super comfy and the air con worked a treat. Pool was better in the morning when the sun was on it but also delightful in the warm afternoon in the shade. Absolutely would stay here again, next will be the third time ;)

For the price, no complaints at all.

The intricate and bespoke design of all the wooden features was rustic and beautifully Thai. A four poster bed, stained glass handles and windows added to the ambience of the hotel. The rooms have a balcony and there is a large swimming pool. The location is near Thara park, the river and amenities. The staff were very friendly and the price included breakfast which was brilliant.

The staff were really friendly, and they let me check in early when I arrived at 1pm. I enjoyed sitting out on my little balcony, or by the pool, with a book I'd taken from the big case full of books to borrow in the lobby. The pool was cool and refreshing, and just about big enough to have a meaningful swim. It's about 10-15 minutes' walk to the night market, but there are a handful of nearby places to eat, as well as a 7-11.

Nice rural location but handy for a morning departure from Suratthani station. Very friendly manager, who drove us to a nearby excellent restaurant, and to the station, at no extra charge.

I would choose a back room next time because I could hear some motorbikes going past in the night.

Breakfast was delicious, the pool was relaxing and enough shade with the trees around. Room was clean and nice furnishings. It was in good walking distance to Thara Park and the centre of town.
