The night watchman was nice, but the woman on checkout was rude and tried to charge us an extra 200 baht.

They didn't answer to any of my messages, whatsapps, emails or phone calls. The man at the reception didn't speak a word of English.

It's literally 10 mins on foot from the airport, 24h reception, very clean room, comfy bed and good AC.

Staff was a bit confused, as we booked the room late and they were not updated, but they figured things out. No elevator, but this seems to be the rule around Phuket. The quality of the bathroom furnishings was a bit underwhelming.

It was a good place to sleep the night before getting to one of the islands. Good value for money and location (near the airport - 10 min walk, although a bit tricky at night). Clean, well furnished room. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The furniture was all broken, the shelves were always opening and they sticked in the folded paper so it does not open.

There were many mosquitoes when I arrived in the accommodation so I spent some time chasing them down. After that, I was reluctant to open the windows which don't have protection nets, but the AC is a good enough replacement if you're not staying for too long. It was not a problem altogether, just the only negative thing I remember.

The location is very convenient for getting to and from the airport. The neighbourhood is not very interesting, but it is also not a very long walk to the Sirinat National Park, where I enjoyed spending my day. The room was very clean and had everything necessary. It is possible to pay extra for a late checkout, which I highly appreciated as my flight was in the evening.

We stayed only one night to catch an early domestic flight, location is within walking distance to airport. room was very clean, room facilities can be improved. We didn’t explore the area, but for access to night life might not be the best location , The gentleman who was at the reception is very helpful however poor command of English to communicate properly

It is located next to the airport, so there is nothing lovely around. For food it is hard to find delivery, so use airport for everything.

European urban style newly built building with clean and stylish minimalist design. Expect lots of storage place, convenient easy to reach outlets, good working silent air conditioning. Very very nice.
