The pool was great and clean but because of how it was situated within the property, it didn’t get a lot of sunlight, hence was a bit chilly to swim in. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Firstly the Staff were super friendly and kind. We even got an upgrade to a larger more private room since it was low season and they saw that I was travelling with my 11 year old son alone. There was a room available. The property was well maintained and clean and had everything we needed. Towels were changed daily and we felt safe with onsite security at night.

This is the only review you need to read: The whole stay was amazing! The guy we spoke to most goes by the name Art, he was absolutely brilliant, always went above and beyond for us and made us feel so welcomed. He even came from his home to fix the Wi-Fi (only had this issue once in the whole 30 days). The pool is cleaned frequently, there are 4 sun beds in total, the building is modern and well looked after. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful always say good morning, good night etc. The lady who cleaned our room went by the name May, she was very sweet and done a great job, the room was always up to standard & towels were changed every day. There’s plenty of cutlery (plates, bowls, forks, wine glass, coffee cups etc) Do note you have to pay water & electricity bill separate but it’s not expensive it was around €50 for our 30 day stay, we plugged everything out when not in use as we were aware of this before our stay. Art brought us some Thai snacks as our stay came to an end and really made sure we ended on a high. I couldn’t fault the place if I tried lol. The location is no more than 7 minutes walking from the beach, close to Big C supermarket and street food markets also.

No drinking water. Had to pay for the water and electricity at the end of the stay, and it was quite expensive. The room had a damp smell at first, they need to circulate the air more frequently in the rooms.

Room was modern and clean, large space with comfortable furniture. Big pool and really close to the beach, restaurants, bars, markets. Housekeeping was daily.

Cleaning is not well organized and quality of cleaning itself is not good, especially in toilet room. Also owners charged us additional fee for electricity and water, but that wasn't mentioned in the description of the property on Booking neither they informed us upon check-in.

Pool access from the room is a great benefit for the rooms on the first floor. Furniture and equipment is all new. Location is great! Literally 3 minutes walk to the beach and main street. Cute old dog Rocky :) (mostly you will see him in the lobby)

Great location only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very close to Big C supermarket, 7-11 and lots of restaurants. Staff were awesome. Always on site and eager to help. Room was new and well stocked for a 3 week stay. Look forward to returning.

Unfortunately it wasn’t maintained, wasn’t cleaned properly and it decayed. The room had a moldy smell the whole time, sofa had stains, bedsheets stained, and it was clearly not maintained at the level of the materials quality. Would I go back there…?? Probably yes.

The resort was clearly built with the highest quality materials, starting from furniture, bathroom, the TV, everything was just AMAZING!
