City gate was amazing from arrival checking in to checking out. Room was refreshed daily which is always a bonus. Buffet breakfast every morning was amazing and great variety selection. Will definitely stay again

Cleaning my room to late during the day. Returned from beach at 16h45 and the lady was busy cleaning my room. I complained at reception and said my rule is not to clean my room late but in the morning is best and I was told they first clean rooms that are booked and that's the rule. I EXPLAINED that I am a PAYING customer and I do not care about their rule.. I want my room cleaned in the mornings Then I was told by a lady, "we'll we don't care about your rule"... Shocking to say the least.

Pool Water temp, Aircon and Food. Bike hire and Gym at the hotel all good and tourism desk was excellent with arranging a tree top Zipline tour.

The couch or settee, could’ve been a little bit more comfortable. It’s a bit far away from the beach.

Self-contained condos - with kitchen refrigerator fridge cooking facilities. The staff in the cafe worked very hard and were very busy but always accommodating,the food was very good and the service was excellent. I like the swimming pool and I use the gym twice a day. I felt the gym and the pool were good for my needs of physiotherapy / recovery.

*The cooking stuffs in the apartment are so limited, so small cooking pot 🥘 , so small cooking pan 🍳. * the room cleaner throw one of our tablet medicine in the garbage which is cost more than 300 USD. * The buffet breakfast has less varieties & limited options; also the charge extra cost for vegan milk 😳” * The coffee shop is low level 👎, “ First day we ordered A’la Carte breakfast instead of cooking for us fresh they fell for us from their buffet breakfast which is unacceptable 👎 at all “ the charge is more & it was not fresh cook ‼️” * No specialty coffe in their coffee shop “ their coffee is low quality not Arabica beens”

WiFi. It’s awful and can easily be fixed. The cleaning can be a bit hit and miss but they happily do it when requested.

Previous Guest smoked in the Room. There was a smoking odor not nice. The room needs to be professionally air steam cleaned to remove the smell. Also the hotel should take care that guests don't do this by penalties...

Great Vibe & Location. Nice Room and i got the room in the building i requested as i stayed there more times already. Nice equipped Gym. Good Coffee.

The only thing I would say is the food in the downstairs restaurant isn’t amazing & The hotel doesn’t have much right outside you have to walk

Hot restaurant, shower area too open so whole bathroom got wet during a shower. Some paint peeling off in the room. The building has a mixture of permanent residents, hotel guests and hosted guests so has no real atmosphere.

Nice room, fine for just 5 days. Undergrounds hotel parking was useful. Breakfast ok. Had to ask to eat in air con part as main area was too hot. Otherwise all good.

Great place to spend time in Phuket. We wanted a few days to chill out & this resort did not disappoint. Exceptionally clean, staff very attentive. Nice coffee shop, good breakfast which we paid for as did not select at time of booking, but fantastic food & no way expensive. Free shuttle to Kamala beach, which is lovely also

The only thing was the a/c units are on the balcony and turn off and on constantly whilst your trying to relax there and sun loungers can be limited if there’s more than 2 of you

The location was great and close to the beach and our bike was always secure on the underground parking. The cafe had stunning food and smoothies we loved it!

The one thing I think needs improvement is that the staff in the facilities, like the pool and bar, doesn’t speak good English and we had difficulty in communication for basic staff. Other than that. Excellent service, kind and smily people.

We were 2 people. The room was huge and felt like a house. Very clean and cool. Nice chilling pool. There’s a medical Center right next to the hotel (which we needed unfortunately) and they had a 10% discount for the guests of the hotel

Room service, very poor, balcony not cleaning at all, ashtray not touching for days, not changing all the towels (the towel in our bathroom has been on the floor for 3 days). one day didn’t provide water at all. Overall the bed was always organized.

The apartments are pretty nice, location is good, overall all is great
