Things are a bit old school but I guess that’s what you have for the price. For instance, there is a tv from the 90’s in the room, the breakfast could be improved with more fresh products. They change towels every day which is not needed.

Staff is extremely nice. View is amazing! We had a bungalow with sea view which was great. We rented bikes so we did not have to walk up the hill. The hotel is perfectly located, far enough from the noise and hustle but close enough from restaurants, beaches and shops. We liked the property so much we extended our stay :)

I wish they had a hotel shuttle that goes once or twice a day to and from the center as taxies are expansive across the island.

The staff was very kind, I arrived ill and they let me do early check-in. The views are beautiful, the room was clean. Strong AC, Wifi & water pressure in the shower.

A little hard to find at first as the turning from the main road isn't so obvious. The key card that you slide into the holder for electricity had issues with keeping the electricity on. This was really annoying and meant I had to constantly try and prop it up to get electricity (and Aircon) back.

Beautiful private location with great view. Loved the balcony and the pool area. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I'd highly recommend staying here to unwind on Koh Tao. Close to a lot of dive schools too so very convenient if you want to do that.

You need to climb a steep hill to get to the location, rewarded by fantastic view and pool.

Great location with fantastic view across the bay, very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast choices (but no Asian options). Rooms were spacious and clean, but furniture somehow not in the best state any more.

Amazing view from the room and the swimming pool. Beautiful beaches are nearby. It's located in a peaceful area away from the busy town, but only 5 minutes away with a motor bike.

Our room was very hot during daytime, it took a lot of time from the aircon to cool down the room. Breakfast was quite good but there could be an Asian option on the list aswell.

The view from our balcony was very beautiful. The staff was friendly. Hotel is situated at the quieter side of Koh Tao, that was a big bonus!

Didn’t have transport from the pier to the accommodation. There were plenty of hotels transporting their guests and we think when you pay this much money there should be transportation. The hill you have to walk up isn’t for people who aren’t fit. Especially with your luggage.

Air conditioning is blowing on your head while sleeping but we just slept the other way around. Pillows are too hard but that's just my opinion.

The staff was all the time very friendly. The breakfast was nice, you can choose from a menu and it's included in the price. The room was comfortable. We had a really great stay, especially for the price.

It is a bit of a walk / need taxi to carrying heavy bags but staff are super helpful and also help you. But only 5/10 min walk to restaurants.

Friendly staff, very helpful to carry luggage as up steep steps (but worth the view) amazing view from both pool side and room. Great for watching sunset also. Great to have a cooked breakfast! Rooms were also great and comfortable.

While hotel offers a simple breakfast with a few options to choose from, the lengthy waiting times (averaging 30-45 minutes) may be a consideration for those with morning plans, such as diving or heading to the beach. Despite the early start time at 7:30, it might be worthwhile to explore other breakfast options for a more time-efficient start to your day.

Hotel has stunning sea view and is located on the hill, so if you rent a motorbike it is easy to access. The pool is great, and they give you free beach towels. Rooms are cleaned daily. Highly recommended for a chill and adventurous stay!

There is a horrible smell around some bungalows, like if the waste pipes are leaking. There was several problems which were fixed quite fast. First our hot water didn’t work, but it took them only half an our to fix it. Then our card for electricity stoped working, but they also took care of it

The bungalow is nice, there is an incredible view from it. The pool is shared between the whole hotel, but it’s also has a nice view. There is a unique design of a bungalow, it has kinda two floors.

The furniture in the room is a little old but it’s still a very comfortable room A lot of steps, not bad at all for us we like the workout! But if you have any physical issues with going up and down stairs it’s probably not the place for you.

The most beautiful view of the island. This was our favourite accommodation during our trip to Thailand. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a terrace that overlooks the beautiful ocean. The pool is also amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful. There is also a delicious restaurant at the bottom of the hill for dinner called Ananas.

Facilities are a bit old, have to say. It’s quite old school decor. It’s a steep steep uphill to get up. It’s not a problem if you hire a scooter, but sometimes we preferred walking (and especially after a good meal), it can really burn some calories.

Such a great view! Especially from the breakfast place and the swimming pool. The staff are so friendly here too, and e had such a good stay. They can arrange a lot of things for you - scooter, taxi, snorkel renting, etc. The room is also bigger than what I thought; you get a big balcony and a spacious room. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quieter stay in Chalok. A lot of beaches are 5-10 minutes away (even by foot, faster by scooter). The John Suwan and Sun Suwan 360 viewpoint are so close by. This place is probably my favorite hotel/resort we’ve stayed in Thailand.
