We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe hotel feels like there is no maintenance budget, a lot of easy fixes that are left broken and the overall Hotel feels like it is a bit run down and past it’s peek. The pool area is a bit depressing with a closed bar and the pool looks old and uncared for (we used it once in a four night stay). The room is very small and feels like it needs to be renovated, but then again the hotel is the cheapest from what I can see that offers air con and private rooms. If you have the budget I would suggest maybe staying in one of the beach front resorts.
Comfortable, good value compared to other hotels in area and friendly staff who are helpful for booking ferries and tours.

United KingdomI received a message on booking.com from Cheeky Monkeys Samui telling me that if I didn’t confirm my check in time and pay then my reservation would be cancelled! I had to call them direct to check it out and it was a scam! They told me only to pay at the property when I arrived. I’m not sure what happened but be careful.

Rooms are absolutely tiny so bare that in mind if you have a lot of luggage or are over 5’10! Quite far from the nightlife

United KingdomRooms are very small but just enough space for a short stay. Unfortunately had real problems trying to flush the toilet everytime. Which became embarrassing and annoying when sharing a room with somebody. Slightly far out but always cheap taxis driving around ready to take you where you need.
Good value for money. Roof too bar / pool is always a good bonus to a place to stay. Comfy bed.
