The breakfast needs improvement and add more selections The lobby in the 23rd floor and then taking a different elevator to reach the room making it a little bit annoying.

The location is perfect where you can reach the central world anytime in no time..

Due to the central location, access via car can meet with a massive jam during peak travelling hours. So best to take the BTS during peak hours to get around. Other than this, there is really no complaint about the hotel and its convenient location.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite and the rooms were extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. The service was prompt and the service staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were large and comfortable. I like the idea that our 2 bedrooms were separated by a spacious living area in the middle, so we have sufficient space and privacy and still could gather together at the living area. The layout was well thought out. Breakfast spread was excellent with international buffet and one is spoilt for choices. Location was convenient and you could go to several shopping malls within walking distance and also a nearby Klook meeting point for your sightseeing tours. The nearby Siam Station BTS is also within walking distance.

Hard bacon. Some staff not very friendly. Poor TV channels for foreigners as Only in Thai language and script for Euro football. Now seems a lot of Filipino staff and that seems to have lowered the friendliness of before. Starbucks replaced the beautiful bakery that was there before.

The hotel is connected to the Central world mall and it’s near to other malls. The room is clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Room price was slightly higher as it was situated in the city centre, overall was good

It was direct access to the shopping mall Center World and to Platinum Mall within walking distance. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious.

Excellent WiFi, a lovely tiled room with a clean shower bathroom, and a free taxi upon arrival. Supermarket and shopping mall at the ground floor. You can access the BTS store via the foot-bridge, so you don't have to worry about it being really hot or rainy season. Reserving spa section is surprisingly convenient.

It's a nice stay in BKK this time, with everything so close to the hotel. The spa center experience was quite pleasant and easy to book. The hotel is quite clean, tiled floor is wonderful and the room service staff was so pleasant and could accommodate to my needs. Breakfast is a bonus, couldn't have imagined how fresh the salad would be before booking this place.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and everything was just as fantastic. Check in was a breeze, housekeeping service was very good, and the concierge staff was most helpful with getting a large cab for us and assisting with our baggage.

Room prices are quite high; some of the gym equipment can be modernized / expanded: specifically, the ellipticals (ski) are of an old model, lacking some features and some of them are clunky
