The lifts do not connect. Have yo keep changing lifts if I want to go to ground floor to take taxi, change lift to my room, change lift to supermarket. Changing lifts are wasting time if I am in a hurry.

I like the concierge service. I can’t remember the name of the chief but he is very friendly and approachable. I can always rely on get assistance. This is the right way in hospitality industry, to be proactive to assist the guests. Kudos!

Intermittent WiFi connection. No conditioner in bathroom, only combined 'conditioning shampoo'. No ironing board in room.

Room was large and modern. Lots of free water provided each day. Gym was well equipped and better than most hotel gyms. Location was in the middle of the shopping area.

Everything. Location is perfect, near big shopping malls at the city center. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Wifi is fast. Kind and helpfull staffs. Breakfast is good, they serve halal meat (chicken and sausage) and tag food that contains pork. When we ordered omelette, the waitress ask are we muslim or not

Seriously everything was great

Amazing room, the staff are super nice. They left me a prayer carpet in the room which was so sweet. I got an early check in. The bed is huge, room huge, bathroom huge too. The location is perfect if you've come for shopping, everything is a short walk away. Best hotel I have stayed in Bangkok. I will definitely come back.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the aircon was noisy when set to the highest fan settings, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience since we were always out anyway.

My husband and I loved the location – it was perfect for our shopping trip, with malls and markets nearby. The service was outstanding, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with so many delicious options to choose from. A special shout-out to the bellboys who helped us when the taxi I had booked turned out to be too small for our luggage. They quickly arranged another taxi and ensured we made it to the airport on time. Truly exceptional service!

1. In order to get to the CentralWorld mall, we had to take the lift to level 23 (hotel lobby) and then walk a few mins to transfer to another lift to get to level 7 and walk a very short distance through the car park to enter the mall. Not a huge minus but do take into consideration that the hotel lift is not directly connected to the mall. 2. Although there was YouTube on the TV, do note that Netflix is not available and I had difficulty air playing my video onto the TV.

1. Convenience. The hotel is located above the CentralWorld mall and within walking distance to a lot of other places such as Big C supermarket. There is a supermarket with prices comparable to Big C once we enter the mall through the connected lift. 2. Hotel staff were all very nice and attentive! They gave very detailed information when asked questions and help with opening the doors and with my luggage. My check in staff Laksana even gave us a free room upgrade which we are so thankful for! 3. The hotel spa was so luxurious and the masseuse was really skilled and ensure that I was comfortable through the whole massage.

Housekeeping could improve in terms of replenishing some of the amenities like slippers. Slipper quality not very good, get torn easily. Stayed there for 4 nights and torn two pairs by 2nd night. Usually hotel will replenish slippers, hotel guests can decide whether to change or not. My mum room - there's a sock underneath (doesn't belong to her) her sofa and it was already there when we checked in. Still there during checkout after 4 nights.

There is sign that encourage guests to reuse the towel, we did that. Unfortunately the housekeeping staff still changed our towels despite it being hanged up. Should re-educate the housekeeping staff.
