The room is quite small. However, it looks exactly as shown on the website.

The bed is really comfy and the room is clean. The overall house is pretty stylish. The location is not far from restaurants, cafe, bars, and minimart.

I would suggest the owner checking on the shower heads and give them a good brushing up. Khao Yai's water tends to be hard and there is some accumulation of stones (salts and minerals) on the outlets so they need proper maintenance. If I were to get a bit picky, I would suggest improving the coffee and the juice (sugary one). Perhaps consider serving freshly made juice instead of added-sugar one.

The place is in a secluded area which makes it more private and quieter. The mattress was very comfy, the room was pretty clean and tidy. The breakfast was pretty good!

I staid in a Lovely little cottage in a residential gated community just off the main road. Well located for local restaurants if you have your own transport. Everything was very clean and organised

The location is a bit far in.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She helps us find transportation to go around the areas. She is even willing to drive us out for dinner when she finds the price of the transport is too high.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

This was a beautiful Bed & Breakfast with very comfortable beds & pillows. It was very clean & spacious with fine decor. We had 2 separate rooms in the Villa with our own small pool, which was perfect for my grandsons. Our host was so gracious & the breakfast was home cooked & delicious. The grounds were beautiful with a lot of different plants & flowers. It was within walking distance to several restaurants.

I didn’t like that they are so accommodating and nice and the property is so clean and comfortable with overflowing coffee and tea, I don’t have any reasons not to come back and stay…

I love the privacy and the closeness to nature, we had a relaxing weekend surrounded by trees and we enjoyed the pool to ourselves…awesome!

The room is spacious and beds are comfortable. The owner is so friendly and cares on customer stay. The location is near attraction places and not far from the entrance of Khao Yai Natural Park. Breakfast is great.

The property was beautiful, warm with friendly service. The property was peaceful and conveniently located. The room was very comfortable, spotless and good wifi. The surrounding area was quiet with nature’s music. It was lovely seeing so many birds such as the Hornbill birds native to Thailand. Many restaurants nearby and very close to the entrance of the Khaoyai National park. The breakfast was delicious. We had great weather as well. It was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Casa Khao Yai.

Wonderful house in a lovely garden with inviting terrace to relax. The owners are most helpful with advice on visiting the park and transport back to Bangkok, and made excellent restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was super and every day they surprised us with some little variation. Expect to hear and see some birdlife in the trees around the compound. Great value for money.
