Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThis is an old building but well maintained. Still uses key to go into the rooms. Comes with bathtub. Water pressure for basin and bidets is very powerful but shower head is very low pressure tho. Size of room is good as well. Served simple breakfast. Hotel lobby does not have any air con tho. Staff is generally friendly and helpful esp front counter Fern. Always on a smile!

SwitzerlandEven though the hotel is lcoated right next to the night market, the general location in town is not ideal (quite far from "downtown"). The pool is not a place to hang out on and the water could be cleaner.
The room was clean and the bed comfy. The price is very good and breakfast OK. There is a french bakery just around the corner. This is a simple but decent hotel mostly geared at Asian tourist groups.

SwitzerlandRooms still need to be refreshed, especially bathrooms, where shower tubes leak most often. Breakfast should include three sorts of fresh fruit instead of only two. Room 717 is confortable but, although it is located on high floor, loud music from Anusarn market can be heard until around 23:00.
The hotel is geographically well situated: next to Anusarn Market (Night Bazaar), which allows one to walk for eating and shopping; not far from Nawarat Bridge and on the way to the airport. The famous restaurant "Tub Tim Krop Ce Uan", massage parlours, coffee shops, laundry, a money changer (inside a shop which sells bottles of honey) and Panthip Plaza (electronic store) are all at a short walking distance. Free parking right behind the hotel. Rooms are calm if located opposite of Anusarn market, bedding is confortable. Small swimming pool. Breakfast gives a selection of asian and western food. Coffee is acceptable. Good value for the price.

United KingdomBreakfast wasn’t up to much. The location was quite quiet (although close to the night bazaar). The place feels like it has suffered from the downturn in tourists and will probably be more vibrant when they return in numbers. A/C in the room was noisy and of an older style which didn’t fan the air around. Shower needed to be set higher on the wall. Deep clean of some surfaces also required (taps, bath, dressing table).
Very comfortable bed. good views from my 8th floor room.

ThailandI have stayed here many times and never had anything to complain about however.of late. things have gone down, Maybe new owners with new staff at the reception who do not know how to handle debit / credit cards. Payment has in the past never been a problem but now they seem to want cash only. The past 3 times payment didn't go through and my card was declined though I paid in several other businesses with the same card and pin number and on the same day without any problems. I also asked for a room with a shower cubicle but the told me that they only have showers over the bath, Strange as I have stayed in rooms with a shower cubicle but maybe the new staff is not aware of this.
You get what you pay for. This hotel promises a lot but by the end it is all medioca. The rooms are very clean but the towels are frayed and have holes in them , the bed linen is very good. The location is great.

NetherlandsThe pool looked rather dirty so I didn't try it. The breakfast was OK, with a mix of local, Chinese and European food options. Warm food was often lukewarm at best, and everything seemed a bit basic/cheap (only white toast, artificial looking juices and jam, etc.)
The location is right next to the night markets, the city center is in walking distance. The reception was very helpful. The room itself was good with nice amenities - free coffee, tea, and especially water was very nice. I was there during the lantern festival, finding one of the floating lanterns in my room was a very nice touch.
