English speaking manager, very helpful. Name of hotel in English and Thai easier to spot for foreigner. Clean room, nice location near Nong khai but need a car. Nice cafe in hotel with pleasant view and chilling area. Nice walk along the lakeside. Swimming pool was small and cold but that's the way I like it also no taste of chlorine. The television was huge and really good reception. Was upgraded to a ground floor room with no extra charge as description on booking not correct. Very helpful and I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful rather new hotel, on the outskirts of the city. Very peaceful, the rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Small swimmingpool, pooltable, food and drinks, it has evsrything one needs !

Changed room twice, first room TV did not work, then second room, hot water for shower didn't work, went back to first room. Can live without TV. not hot water.

Lots of staff members arrive for work at 5.45AM and have loud happy conversations right outside the rooms - nice for them that they are enjoying work - not so awesome if any of the guests want to sleep. Breakfast is probably best avoided. (Not everyone likes cold raw eggs).

It is a nice hotel - pool was great, coffee shop good (but closes too early). view over the lake is lovely at sunset and it has good areas to sit in. Room was clean and a nice size with a comfy bed.

Only one little thing. No Safebox in the room.

A bit hidden but a beautiful location in the Nature with Lake.Parking inside Resort. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are big and we had direct access to the inside garden with Pool. Good breakfast and a Cafe Bar is a part of the Resort. Always again.

Hotel charges 3% extra if you try to pay reservation at desk with international credit card. They do not inform this at presentation. Even the call to Booking.com help desk did not change their mind. Pool and room average. Breakfast ok.

The pillow cases scent is not okay, In the toilet there's also a smell maybe the exhaust fan should be check or their tanks down there. Regarding the coffee shop I ordered a fresh milk and when I have it the big dead ant floats in there. May he rest in peace and that I lost my appetite.

The place is good, At least there's one staff that can communicate in English, enough to ask and have resolution to queries. Ambiance of the coffee shop is also nice.

Quiet area, close to Lotus Lake with lovely coffee shop to view lake. Big rooms with swimming pool that was a good size. I loved the buffaloes that lived next door too!

The pool was an attraction but the water was so cold it couldn't be used. There was effectively no wi-fi in the third floor room. It works fine in the cafe but not in he rooms.

The location was great because we had a car. A few miles out of town and half a mile off a main road. It is opposite a lovely pond covered in lilies and flowers. The staff were polite and helpful.

NO TAXIS in town. If you stay here you need transportation or comfortable shoes to hike into the riverside area about 3 km.

Nice area of town although far from the river which is the main attraction for Nong Khai. It is very close to the border checkpoint though so for weary travelers its a great place to overnight before heading into Laos.

The breakfast was awful one of the worst I’d experienced, The room was old and needed modifications Plugs were in light switches meaning if you have a big plug like myself then it turns the lights off not great value wouldn’t stay again

Far from Center not easy to get a Taxi.If People dont have a car not easy. Nature fake ways broken should be fixed. Area interesting just remote.window from Restaurant should be clean. Cafe perfect. Nice Variation of Coffe and Tea Personal in the Cafeteria very nice.

Room had a smell of Damp. Cockroaches in bathroom and bedroom. No coffee,Tea ,milk or sugar given every day. Restaurant not open after 4pm.
