We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe breakfast is not good, room are very not nice compared to the price and the worst point is the employee. The girl at the reception seems to be sympathetic but she is really not! Unclear with the money she charges you fees for no reason or say different price depending the person for the same feature. She lies and is disrespectful, don't contest anything or she will argue like you are stupid ( and I'm promess I'm someone who's sympathetic) Finally we book a room on booking with AC, when we finally arrived the room was with fan we had to pay fees to get a decent room and obviously the price changes 2 time during the day for the upgrade (which is not really an upgrade, she argue that there was only one room available when it wasn't the case... I meet more than 6 people during my stay and everyone had a weird story and a bad experience with this girl. Sad because the location and the view is nice... I have to say that it is the first time that I write a review in my life ahah but people have to know what they will be facing.
The swimming pool and the view are great. Room are not so bad even if the bathroom is very very simple ( no hot water available in mine 😉)

Love this hotel! Great location and Mai the manager makes you feel like family, she really goes out of her way to help you anyway she can. I stayed with my friends for around a week and it was wonderful! The bungalows are a good size room, basic but still very comfortable. Wi-F is good, the beach is 1 minute away, there is a pool and common area too. I definitely would stay here again. Great avocado toast in the restaurant too! Thank you for making my stay so awesome!

Great value for money! Fantastic location, clean and very good sized rooms, helpful and kind staff (May is absolutely amazing!) good + reasonably priced food in the restaurant. Wi-Fi is strong enough for remote workers. Definitely stay here! I would book again on my next trip to KP :)
