An absolutely beautiful resort, not the biggest rooms but very modern, clean and comfortable, with a mini fridge, small wardrobe area and good aircon. The breakfast was some of the best we had in Koh Phangan, with a wonderful sea view from the little restaurant, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Such a lovely place to be, highly recommend.

Very nice little houses, nice view. Not too far to a bigger beach with loads of restaurants and bars. And you have your "private" bay directly in front. Good for snorkeling.

We stayed in the garden villa, the ones that seem to be the newest, they have also older bungalows in the resort. Our bungalow was nice, few minor details to make it more confortable would be nice, for example a bit more closet space for clothes ( we stayed for 3 weeks), also would be nice to have a night lamp next to bed, otherwise there are just the bright ceiling lamps. It is a simple, local resort, nothing too fancy but has everything you need. The staff is really nice and the location is also convenient, not too far from restaurants and popular areas.

The bathroom had no windows and it had a bit of a smell that wouldn't go away. Also a bit overpriced for what it offers but still below the average for that area of the island. Room a bit tight.

No mosquito net at the window. You can’t open the window at night.

It is wonderful to have nature around us, but unfortunately the bungalows are really small and you don’t have enough space to open your backpack.

Rooms may have just been redecorated, which is a positive, however rooms could benefit from added decor and mirrors. Also pool is great, but more could be made with the area.

- uncomfortable bed - bathroom door so low that I banged my head many times - the entrance door is high above the floor, allowing insects to come in…(some were found in the room) - the shower drain is behind the toilet so the bathroom is flooded after shower

Beautiful location looking over Haad Yao beach. Friendly staff. Secluded private beach few minutes walking down the stairs from the hotel . Koh ram bar next door is an amazing place

The ants and the cockroaches. However, it is not a reflection of the cleanliness of the place because it was clean when I arrived and they cleaned it during my stay when I asked them to. I told them about the cockroaches who were in the bathroom at night and they dealt with it so I did not see them again…

The rooms were being remodelled so I was upgraded to a bungalow with sea view which I was very happy with. The room had a fridge, kettle, bedside lamp, hammock and a lovely view. The location was great, right next to Secret Beach and Haad Yao. The property also has its own little beach you can get to just walking down some stairs from the property!

every 3 days cleaning is a little too less! shower is open means the whole bathroom is wet after showering! and 2 little bottle water every 3 days is also too less for this price range!

The aircon sometimes gives out a stuffy smell when it starts, but its ok as it dissapears within a minute. The nearby canabis shop also occassionally emits and enticing fragrance that some people might not appreciate :)

Great secluded beach just below the resort, quality restaurants and cafes within walking distance. A mode of transport (car, bike) is advised for maximum enjoyment. Fantastic view from the room.
