Pool view rooms in building 2 get very little direct sunlight. It’s a personal preference but I like to sit in the sunlight on my balcony. Next time I will specifically request a pool view room in building 1.

Good selection of different cuisines offered for breakfast. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Central location is super convenient.

The water in the bathroom is not stabil - when i set for hot water, it turned sometimes cold and hot and cold again. Some of the tools in the bathroom should be change for new one or do a real cleaning. The water in the swimming pool is too many chemical.

The location is in the center of ao nang, approx. 15min. Walks to the ao nang beach and you can find many foods and stores surrounds. The hotel is quiet modern and new. Breakfast is good

The pool closing early even though one has pool access rooms. The breakfast didn't have as much variety as the other hotels I was booked in.

The view from our room of the adjacent sheds was not nice but im sure a pool view would be lovely.plus they dont have an Iron. You need to get your clothes Laundered. Which is a nuisance. Be sure to request a pool view when booking

The location is perfect on one of the main streets on Ao Nang. It is a modern hotel and staff are very attentive.Ea the captain was a pleasure lovely smile and very attentive

- Repetitive breakfast - next time I’d book without breakfast, there are plenty of great cafes nearby with better selection of food. - View from the room - unfortunately our room was facing a wall, but still it was better than if it had faced pool area because it’s often noisy there.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the center and the beach. Despite the repetitive breakfasts and the room with a view of a wall, our stay was enjoyable.

The area is not the best unless you want to party. The hotel has a bit of that vibe too but is really fun and chill. Recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Tap was really messy and squirted on us everytime we brushed our teeth and washed our hands.but other than that I can’t fault it

Absolutely nothing.

I liked everything about the hotel, it was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend the hotel to friends and would certainly stay in the hotel again. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean, bright and open.. Location was great, about 7-10 min walk to Ao Nang Beach, soooo many shops and restaurants once you get on the main road. The hotel also has a beer garden in the parking lot with live music which was great. There’s a mini grocery store just the other way from the beach as well. Right on the main road but still had a quiet night sleep. Room was comfortable, fitness room was basic but had free weights and cardio machines - all you need for a quick workout. Pool is huge and clean, a lot of lounge chairs and a swim up bar. Breakfast buffet was great, a lot of choices and omelettes, eggs cooked to serve. Must try their chicken noodle soup for breakfast too! It just gets a little busy with other guests.

The rest of the hotel is need of some renovations. All the hallways are dark and the walls really need to be painted. They are extremely scratched up. Just a coat of paint would really make a big difference. The rooms are nice, but again a bit tired looking.

The comfortable reception, breakfast and pool area. Very nice. Fantastic breakfast with the most lovely, welcoming staff.

Room doesn't come with toothbrush, bedroom slippers (had to ask twice to receive them after follow ups). Water isn't provided to us on last day when we were told by reception we could ask the following day. The lobby reception lady was very unfriendly and shows an attitude

Shower was not cleaned properly and almost fell apart. Mold in the corners. However, after pointing it out they did some deep cleaning which removed most of it. The male staff barely spoke English. The ladies however did, and were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast staff and the cafe were lovely. Location couldn’t be better for ao nang. Close to all facilities. Swimming pool was great.

It feels a bit like a business/conference hotel but not really an issue. About 15 mins walk to beach.

Quality rooms, great pool area, and lots of bars/restaurants within 5 min walk.
