Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only downside to our time here was that the communal area was not air conditioned so it became very hot if you wanted to use the space for life admin / chilling. On the up side, because of the great location there were lots of other options to go to for some air con! We’d definitely stay here again if we came back to the city.
We extended our stay here because the location was perfect, the facilities were kept exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

United KingdomOnly downfall is the lack of air con in communal areas. It is absolutely beautiful on the top floor with great facilities kitchen and seating area but it’s absolutely boiling, so even with the little portable machine you can’t enjoy the area it’s easier to be in your room.
It’s a beautiful industrial/retro decorated hostel. Very clean. Staff are great and it’s close to everything. Definitely recommend. We extended our stay a further 3 nights in the end. If you like to gym there is one less than 5 mins away (100 baht) or a hotel with pool and gym (200 baht) about 30 min walk.

United KingdomBed was extremely hard, we’ve been travelling Asia for 5 months so happy with a hard bed but this was another level haha. Mattress topper would have been good! Also no hot water in showers which may be a problem for some.
We stayed in the private room, it was very spacious and had a fab balcony. Big bed too! We were right by the kitchen which was really handy. Kitchen was well-equipped, always clean and tidy, and free water refills. Would happily stay here again!

The lady at the reception was cheerful and made us feel welcome. We were in Chiang Rai for only 1 day, and regret not staying longer. Everything was clean and well maintained. You're free to use the kitchen and everything is included in the room rent. One of the most beautiful hostels we have stayed in.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. They were always smiling. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The showers have hot water. You get free water refills and biscuits :) the beds are very comfortable. The scooters that you can rent are amazing! The best quality that I've driven so far! It's close to lots of restaurants, shops and ATMs. It's also close to lots of attractions. It's very social. I really loved my stay here

It was the most nicely and stylishly done hostel I've ever had pleasure to stay in. Their outfit, equipment and stuff are matched and set to perfection. I loved the sitting area, muliplicity of sockets, fans and other things to our comfort. Great kitchen and lobby. Nice quiet rooms with fine beds. Male and female bathrooms. The hostel is just between the bus station and tourist streets.
