Rooms were not fresh. Room and bathroom had a musty smell. Bathrooms need renewing. air-conditioning equipment needs maintenance.

The location was very good. Pool side rooms were quiet.

There will be some to say to correct its a very good stay very near to beach..some rooms like B 420 had leakage from wash Area to basin but it could be fixed.. over good experience

The place is really old. While mostly clean and nicely as designed, it smells musty in the two rooms I have been in. Why two rooms? The first one, with the double bed I actually booked, turns out to be a smoker room, and smelled appallingly like stale tobacco. I didn't even know that hotels with smoker rooms still exist. The second room smelled musty and slightly mouldy, but still better than the first one - just for a night okay, but longer than that I'd rather go somewhere else. Would not recommend this for a couple's getaway. Speaking of which - the hotel has a somewhat bizarre: People in your room cost another 500 THB per time they come policy. In a way I get why, being close to Pattaya's red light district. While the situation didn't apply to me, personally I find this is a completely inappropriate and intrusive policy for a hotel, and just based on them having the audacity to have such a policy (not sure whether they enforce it), I wouldn't stay with them again given other reasonable options.

The pool is lovely, even though I didn't use it. Staff is friendly too. The location is great, just a few hundred meters to the beach, and right next to a big shopping mall, which is convenient. Booked the place for its relatively low price given the location, as I had to attend an event just 200 meters away. But you get what you pay for, read below...

For the price per night I had I have no complaints. Stayed in mid April and Songkran.

Near beachroad, near shopping, 90 minutes and 1200b to airport if you prefer Ocean before Bangkok last days of Journey. Soi 9 opposit of Central shoopingmall and nightmarket. Still quiet in the inneryard with swimmingpool and sunbeds. Easy to avoid nightlife if you prefer. A lot of bars around though.

Tiny ants all over my room, bathroom, bedroom, bed. So go to 7/11 buy a can of spray. WiFi and TV data is rubbish!! Even if on a short holiday, but a data only SIM card, you will be happy.. Breakfast  (2nd floor, 150b) is Asian, rice /noodles, chopped this and that, there is a salad bar, toast, limited cereal.. eggs.. Block B is close to music bars (noisy), A is quieter.

Room furnishings. When you pay for an upgrade you think you will get a special room. Not one half way back to Bangkok. Is the fact that we had a tiny balcony and a view of the pool from the fifth floor considered an upgrade??

Location is great, close to the beach and comfortable walking distance to everything you could want. Breakfast was just what I wanted. The room, well we were a cut lunch from the entrance, the pool and furnished very sparcely. And I paid for an upgrade. Heaven knows where we would have been if I had not.

They do not have a special trainned concierge regarding tour options, and not much recommendation. The staff should have informed in-house facilities at the check-in.✔️

Walking distance to the central beach zone and attractions. The buffet breakfast is okay. We satisfied what we paid for the rooms.

Swimming pool too small for the amount of guests unable to swim until late in the day and by that time pool was dirty. Beds and pillows hard and uncomfortable.

Complementary tea and coffee were advertised but only coffee was supplied. It is a little old fashioned to have huge key tags and keys to rooms nowadays which need to be handed in to reception. Credit card sized electronic key cards are much more convenient. Breakfast was not the best quality. Eggs should really be cooked to order and cooked meats were generally cold.

The location was very good (between Second Road and Beach Road) and adjacent to central Festival Mall. The hotel fulfilled all my special requests, It is always handy to have a 7/11 store close by and there was one right next door. The staff were very welcoming particularly the doormen, who always gave a friendly greeting.
