shuttle only runs once a day to Ao nang which is a shame for a hotel at this price and quality. I expected more for paying this much. also we had a bad smell in our bathroom that they didn't follow up with even after we complained . all and all this is a great resort so we let it slide.

amazing outdoors, view is spectacular. great beach when its not low tide. great food and lovely staff. feels luxurious and personal.

Beautiful hotel with very caring and lovely staff. The hotel is family oriented, upon arrival they give gifts to kids, kids club was very nice, my kids didn't want to leave kids club and girl who works there Mind is excellent with kids - thank you so much Mind for taking care of our kids while we can have cocktails at the beach :) We stayed at beach villa with private pool - the interior of the rooms is so inspiring and modern, you want your house to look like that, kids loved private pool and it was very comfortable to have them swimming around while you can tan. The gym is very nice as well for a quick workout. Spa is top class, I would say even too high standards for me. Food overall was good, dinner food serving is a bit slow, but I guess because with kids we are used to eating fast. The beach is good, quiet and clean. There is a person who works there his name is Toey - such a helpful, positive and energetic person, always there to help, to give you advice on any topic, really enjoyed our chat - Thank you for your time Toey! And GM her nick name is Pop, she approached us during breakfast to check how we were doing, that is a sign of quality confidence to me, obviously she is doing a great job managing her team and facilities. Also a lady called Dear who helped us with check in and continued was checking on us during our stay - thank you Dear 🙏.

Everything was perfect, the amazing room, amazing atmosphere, GREAT breakfast!!! Super clean, the gym is great! We will come back again for sure! The staff was super nice as well!

The staff were excellent, and the food at both restaurants was excellent, although a little pricey for Thailand. Great resort overall, with special thanks to Pong and his staff at the poolside bar and Pim, in reception.

Its worth remembering there is not a huge amount to do in this part of Krabi, so if you like relaxing beach/pool holidays soaking up the sun and doing very little then this is absolutely the place for you. If you like getting out and about and seeing things, then this still can be the place for you, but perhaps for 4 or 5 nights rather than a week. My only real complaint, is it could do with more shade around the bar and pool. There are umbrellas but some more fixed shade would help. On that note, do check out the cabanas overlooking the sea they are great. There are also some excellent restaurants nearby once you have sampled the ones in the hotel and I would recommend “See the Sea”. Its 10 mins by TAXI and the front desk will sort it all out for you. I would also recommend the bar at the hotel as a great relaxed place to eat in the evening and watch the sun go down. It’s a more casual menu (burgers, pizza etc) and the staff are extremely attentive.

This is a luxury hotel in a great location with large well-equipped rooms. However what really makes this hotel stand out is its staff, They were universally wonderful and could not do enough to help. The breakfast was amazing and the pool and other areas were fantastic.

It`s a bit of a shame that you are getting into a property advertised as a no children facility and yet, people still show up with children.

The breakfast was amazing—a wide range of choices of different cuisines, fresh fruits, and bakeries. The swimming pools are salt-based and have no chlorine, which is always nice for the eyes. Speaking about the eyes, the property is well-manicured and perfectly west-oriented - the sunsets are some of the most gorgeous I have ever seen. The bathrooms are really spacious and well designed. The staff is really nice, always looking for kind touches and attention. The service at both restaurants is impeccable. I certainly most recommend the Thai restaurant on top of the hill - the view is gorgeous and the thai food exquisite. The gym is clean and with new pieces of equipment.
