Stayed in villa ....room was tired needs a bit of work and a coat of paint ....paint peeling from cieling in bathroom...front door ready bad ....long walk from car to room....can't comment on hotel rooms did not see them ......but staff excellent..breakfast wonderful....location hard to beat... Would I stay there again?......probably...but would try hotel room next time.

This time we do not know before that the pool was under construction. My family go to this hotel 2-3 times a year and the boy love to go the pool. But this time no one tell us that the pool is not available. if we know this before, i am surely change to another hotel nearby. And when i inform the staff, the staff also not responsible for this and cant help us. It is really bad that we choose this hotel.

the location is good, next to the beach. so it is easy to go for morning walk along the because. The hotel also near the convenient store which have everything that we might need during the trip. The location also surround with street food which is good for family.

Got the villa bungalow and it was perfect for our group of friends. The location was spot on just by the beach and the staff was really helpful and kind! Would definitely come back again!

The room itself is very small and the shower mounted in the wall at maybe 1.60 meter . . . only fit for small people!

The garden where the villa's are located is enormous, green and well maintained. The shaded outside terrace outside the villa huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was a joy for the eye and mouth!

The place need a bit of brushing up. A bit of maintenance. So it will feel more inviting. At the moment is a bit dry and no cozy.

Location is best. The Villa bungalow is spacious and have a shade car park. They are friendly with guests and my pet. Pet has a charge per night. They have a dog bed and trays. We didn’t use it as we have our own.

The food that comes with half board. They were Isan food not worth of money. Chicken was dry and cold ect. I thought the hotel could offer better choice for customers.

Compared to the room itself, the bathroom quite small and not that great. The water pressure was too low and water heater is not working properly.

The room was really spacious and really clean. The balcony is ridiculously big and suit for hanging out.

The attention to details in the room such as a safebox has no battery. So, I cannot use it. Water flow from the shower.

The beach is on the another side we need to accross the road.

Good breakfast and perfect location. We have some meeting to do during the day so, we didn't enjoy much the properties in the hotel but still ok for us.

Ok, these comments are for non-Asians( of which I’m one), so keep that in mind. The beds are too firm and old, the furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. The pool is run down and hot (probably 29c), and when we were there the slide was broken. There’s only about 3 lounge chairs. Breakfast is expensive and mostly noodles and rice. Beach is horrible. I say this as an Australian who lives on a beach. Weekends you can’t move as half on Bangkok comes to the beach. God knows why as it’s dirty, cloudy and full of plastic.Everywhere serves mainly seafood . We had to be here for a reason that I’m not listing here, and if it wasn’t for that I’d have moved on after 1 day.

A bit old and worned out. The shower curtain was missing and the garden areas were not so well taken care of, it was a bit dry and boring looking around the villas.

Good gym, pool and breakfast. A nice hotel for the price, to get away from Bangkok. We will most likely stay there again 😊

half-board were minimal, you have to buy more food . That was not the problem, the problem was, there was only I-Saan food.

Location is great, we had a junior suit and the room is big and clean. Breakfast was very good with international and thai food.
