We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe only minus was that the sofa bed was sqeezing when my son turned so we had some sleeping issues. Also that hot breakfast comes after 06.00 so we missed it - therefore breakfast for us was very poor at 04.30 and coffee from the coffee mashine was not good at all.
Nice hotel in walking distance from the gate terminal which was amazing for us having to catch a flight at 07.00. From our bedroom we could see the aircrafts parked, so funny and interesting :-) It was clean and the personel was very quick and welcoming.

SlovakiaThe only small problem was with the shower, where the temperature of the water could not be adjusted, it only flowed completely hot. I reported this to them in the morning at the reception, for which they were grateful to me, so that someone staying in the room behind us would not be injured.
Everything was excellent. The reception is nice, the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served from 4 am and there was an option to take away, for people like me who can't eat breakfast that early in the morning. We experienced something for the first time in our room. We had an unusual door that closed the bathroom when opened from the toilet and vice versa. The best thing was that the airport can be reached on foot, safely in 8 minutes. Thank you for being where you are!

United KingdomSignage to the front entrance. I nearly lugged my heavy case up the stairs, but then decided to risk the walk round, which was not signposted.
I’ll confess that I arrived with fairly low expectations of an express hotel near the airport, but I was arriving on a late flight and needs must… To say that I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement.😊 Everything about the place far exceeded my expectations: the staff were super friendly and helpful (even in the middle of the night); the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable (there were even proper towels and toilet paper - unlike other similar hotels I have stayed at in the past). I opted for sleep over breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

Easy access from the airport, 24hours menu - so you can grab something to eat whenever you arrive, with options for both adults and kids. Convinient breakfast starting early morning (cold from 4am, hot from 6am). Comfortable room and nice staff.
