To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe employee by the name of Benz. Upon our realization that we had to move from the suite to a small room with no stove and no freezer his response was “throw them away” I reiterated “so you are telling me you cant even hold the premium Australian steaks in your freezer until we check out” and he responded with a “no”. I said so “you want me to throw away my steaks” he nodded and said “yes”. We had the nights booked already but I left to the Marriot where they always treat me like royalty. My wife stayed. Benz said the room we were previously in was booked therefore we couldn’t stay in it. He put us in the room next door and my mom wife said that the suite remained empty for 3 days. Benz is a bad employee and we will never come back to Bandera suites simply because of him.

Second time I have stayed here. I find it a comfortable, good value hotel in a quieter neighborhood with good choice of restaurants and eateries nearby. BTS walking distance. Big shout out to Touka outside the hotel, which is one of the friendliest and most authentic Japanese restaurants you can find.

United KingdomOur room had a damp/musty smell that didn't go away after 7 nights (I think they need to update the ac) it worked pretty well though . I would also say the rooms are a bit dated. The pool bar food is terrible, ordered a pizza & and spaghetti, and both were not nice, I am pretty sure the pizza was a frozen one

Lovely spacious suites, we had a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom - both were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was good having the choice of two pools. Breakfasts were very good too. Good value for money.

United States of AmericaBathroom in the bedroom ceiling low, for my husband 5 feet 11 , his head touched the ceiling, it was very difficult to get in and out. Very uncomfortable to take shower or bath. My self also had to be careful to not step into the space between bathtub and the bathroom floor. Not recommend to stay in this room for someone that very tall.

RussiaApartments are not really new, but nothing critical. They can't provide the service of color printing (I was in need to print e-visa), so I was forced for 15 mins walk to some service place.
These were huge apartments, not a hotel vibe, but a suite vibe. Ideal location, the finance center of Bangkok, but at the same time it's rather small street, so it's calm and cozy. A lot of places to eat around (I recommend Sei Ryu Sushi 1 mins away for fish, and Touka right in the hotel building for drinks).

ThailandThere is a kitchen with plates bowls glasses and cups as well as utensils. However, one of the bowls and one of the cups had food particles in them so they needed to be washed. There is no sign of any dish soap so I used hand soap. I imagine the dishes are not taken out and washed but they are rinsed by the housekeeping staff.
Large room and furnishings were comfy. It is located in a nice neighborhood and we felt safe walking around the area.
