The location is perfect, very close to the airport and boat to Koh Phangan. Villa is modern and very comfortable. Air condition works perfectly. The terrace in the garden is very cosy. Host is very friendly and ready to assist in all special requirements. Highly recommended.

United KingdomClose to the beach, right in the middle of where tou want to be. 10min from fisherman's village if you want a nice meal and atmosphere on the beach lots of shops and market is nice or 15min from chaweng which is great for the more hardened night life people. Also the main pier is only 10min walk to access tour boats and ferry to other island The property was clean we had a small issue with air con unit, Amit was always in contact and was happy to move us to another property. But we were quite happy so didn't feel it was a big problem. Cleaner lady was excellent.

Really liked this place, especially the sound of the waves from the private terrace. We received a clean and private 1BR villa with a nice garden and terrace. The owner was very nice and helpful, and easy to communicate with. The place itself was several meters from the beach, and within walking distance of convenience stores, restaurants, two ferry companies piers, and more. All for all 10/10.

Stunning place in a beautiful garden, the design is very modern and functional, and the patio is really enjoyable. The garden is secluded and has a private access to the beach. Spacious, clean and bright. Super recommended, we would love to stay more if possible.

United Kingdomthey checked us into the wrong room and it was very awkward when the actual guests of that room turned up and found us on their balcony! our actual room wasn’t ready by check in time so we were forced to go out and kill some time while they made up the room. the next day housekeeping came to clean our room and towels, however they did not replace the towels. when I went to ask for a clean towel she said it would be ready in 1 hour (but I wanted to shower then), so she took a dirty towel from the laundry basket and said I can use that in the meantime
really nice clean room. location is excellent and right on the beach. wonderful restaurants nearby. I’d say everything was perfect except the staff / management - see my comments below.

Amazing location right in the center of town with useful Tesco across the street and restaurants steps away. The Villa was spectacular and spacious and had the best ocean view. Large comfy sofa, a big TV with great sound, and a fully stocked kitchen. Amit was so kind and helpful- booking us airport pickup, motorcycle rental and giving local tips. Fisherman's village was 6 mins bike away, with great oceanfront massage places (Cyan), wonderful trendy restaurants (Coco Tam's) and shopping. We love the Bophut area and enjoyed the beach front walks during sunsets.
