The only thing I didn't like, and this is a very First World problem, but I found the mattress too hard. So very Thai. But consider, this is the only thing I could fault them on.

It is in an excellent location. So easy to walk to everything. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Everything was kept clean and tidy. More than I could ask for.

Spotlessly clean, great location close to nightmarket and.bars and.only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Nice pool,good WiFi, aircon and.fridge OK. Onsite car park albeit small.

Our stay at Baan Nilrath was great again, we stayed last year to break up a long journey and would not hesitate to stay again. We arrived by train from Bangkok and it’s perfectly located for a quick walk from the station. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, the beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, especially the Asian dishes. Air conditioning very efficient. Toiletries are all provided including toothbrushes. There’s a lovely peaceful rooftop pool which has a welcome breeze and good views. Pool towels are provided. It’s a short walk to the night market or the beach.

A beautiful family run hotel in a good location, central to everything markets beach and bars, the rooms are excellent and very clean, the breakfast is very good a mixture of good Thai and European food, the staff and the owners of this hotel really take care, I will definitely be back soon 👍😁

More options at breakfast would be great

Great location set back off the main road, so was quiet. Roof top pool but water was a bit chilly for me! Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Would recommend.

The views were to opposite condo, which is worse than to opposite wall, because the people in the condo see in your balcony, and inside your room if curtains open. The room was too sparsely furnished: no bedside tables, no coffee table, no study desk/chair, no full length mirror, no shower shelf.

Overall extremely comfortable stay. The room was simple but stylish, immaculate condition and cleanliness, silent and efficient aircon, separate bath and shower with good water pressure and stable temperature, great bed and pillows, a bit of noise from the main road and once from neighboring room but reasonably quiet. The staff was great. The location was very central but it looked better on map than it was: yes 5 min walk to beach but that was the nastiest and extremely overcrowded section with 1000 sunbeds over-packed next to each other, yes 5 min walk to Soi 80 or Soi Pintabaht bar streets but in reality they were "red-light" streets and below average even at that.

Too small area around the pool for sunbathing. Breakfast very limited. No pastries and everything runs out before 9:30. Coffee is only instant, a fresh coffee machine would be very nice. Frequently no juice available and when it is it's very weak.

2nd stay at this hotel and I wouldn't choose anywhere else in Hua Him. The rooms are perfect, location is very central. Nice balcony. The staff are excellent from reception to room cleaners.

Very clean hotel. Attentive staff. Nicely appointed bedroom and bathroom. Convenient location near the touristy area (and right next to Lompraya office if you are coming/going to Chumphon etc.). Buffet breakfast included. Swimming pool and sun loungers in the rooftop.

Difficult to complain really, maybe a couple more uk channels,

The staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble, they will do all they can to help. The cleaning staff obviously like working here, friendly cheerful and do a great job. And the young lad in the breakfast room is very helpful, and ready to get you your tea coffee toast, and remembers what you drink. Pool looked after well, very very clean in pool and pool surroundings.

The quantity of food on Breakfast small buffet...everytime it was nearly empty ! And It's not the fault of the Staff But an Hotel Rule for sure
