Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Vietnamthey didn’t had facilities like water already in the house . until we asked it l. breakfast was okay but not satisfying. . if you want to take their taxi it’s 200baht but we just booked a grab to the airport and it was 105 baht .
it’s ideal and close to the airport . the staff was nice to us. it’s an ideal place for someone who wants to catch a flight to the airport

Swedenwe booked this hotel because they had taxi transport to the airport included in the price. When we arrived they told us that transfers only going 07.00 or 11.00. Well we didn’t want to go 07.00 because our flight was 11.30….. Fortunately they could set up a transportation for us. just be aware that it’s not always certain that’s there will be transportation as you wish. There was a set breakfast whiteout te only coffee with eggs and sausage. I think the staff could have been a little bit more helpful.

perfect for what we needed. was just staying because we were getting a flight the next morning. the lady that runs the hotel was amazing and friendly, took everyone to the airport the next day.

Czech RepublicOur flight was at 7:55, which was too early for the offered free airport shuttle and for the breakfast we paid for. The staff made no effort to give us at least some pastry or something in return. The room itself is fine, however, the windows are very thin and you can hear a lot of noises from the outside. The AC is very loud as well, the fan was turning itself on for no reason. Which meant we got little sleep before our flight.

United Kingdomit’s probably my own fault for not paying closer attention to the area, but it’s pretty isolated. there were no places for food open after 4pm and you can’t really walk anywhere as it’s motorway as far as you can see. the toilet could have been cleaner.
the staff were friendly and on hand whenever needed. i was given an airport shuttle service which was nice and food was cooked in the evening when I was hungry. the bed was comfortable and the AC was great.

NetherlandsRooms are disgusting; we had a lot of dust and a pair of old socks under our bed. There’s two restaurants in walking distance; one of them closes at 16:00 and for the other you have to cross a highway. Restaurant in the hotel as advertised isn’t open and has been closed since covid. Bathroom stinks, is old and has alot of mold growing. There was a dead salamander on the stairs and nobody picked it up. Owner was friendly but scammed us when we booked a van to Khao Sok and told us we were getting dropped at our hotel. Turns out you don’t and so we had to walk. Literally the worst stay ever, I would not recommend it at all!
