We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesCleanliness has to be improved. I appreciate there were not so many guests due to Covid over the last two years but the deep cleaning has to be done in the house.
This place is not a typical hotel, it is more about ambiance - being in the middle of nature, relaxing, enjoying the silence. Homestay. We stayed in a 3-bedroom house, which was spacious enough. They put a gas stove, so we could prepare our own food (we didn’t try breakfast on the site). Anything missing, just ask for it and a housekeeper would be happy to assist you. Again, this place is not about luxury (maybe not for everyone), but I’m sure the places like this mean much more to the local community and overall well being.

Staying at the Ao Luek homestay was awesome! The place is surrounded by a beautiful forest, creating a cool atmosphere. The staff is fantastic, super helpful with all the tours. I did a Thai cooking class with locals and a kayaking tour - the service was the best ever! Highly recommend this place for a great time.

Thailand- totally recommended to stay somewhere else but not this place. - holes every where in every parts of the room. So, the people can definitely see you from outside easily. - insects , spiders , and any animals including snakes or rats can just crawl in to your bed anytime - rats running all night and finally got eaten by a huge snake in front of our room. And that was quite an experience. - close to the Palm factory, we could hear the sound all night till morning - They don’t clean the room or even refill the water for you even you requested them to do for you - Consider expensive and not worth for what you’re suppose to pay - Room not clean at all (and they won’t clean for you) - They’re not willing to help you or assist you in anything at all. Not even want to communicate with you.
