The location is decent with easy accessibility to market and many tour agents. However, for someone who'd want to party away the night, this might not be a very good option. The place is good for someone traveling with family and kids.

minor points - it’s not 5 star like you’re used to in Europe (turndown service, full set of spa toiletries in room, extensive spa facilities) but we weren’t expecting that so was fine. only not giving 10 because the AC and fridge in our room were a bit on the loud side. if you’re a light sleeper might be difficult.

My friend and I stayed here during our first two nights in Phuket. I was nervous about traveling and had a long flight the day before - hotel guaranteed early check-in (for a small fee) from 9am which was amazing to be able to shower, sleep and get over jet lag quickly! we also had an airport transfer that was comfortable and well organised. Room was spacious and clean, if a little dated. the facilities were great - we got good use out of the gym and the spa (great value for money). staff and breakfast were 5 star in our eyes - always willing to help. thanks for a great stay!

you have to climb the hill every time! it’s quite a climb and was a problem for my mom. hotel has a shuttle bus, but the timing is not really convenient (11-13-17). breakfast choice is not as broad, would like to have more fruits

property is great, staff is very polite, friendly and hospitable. all in all great experience. we had an early check-in and room was ready before the check-in time, which was really convenient.

Located on a steep hill, quite a walk if you don't have your own transportation.

Professional and friendly staff, we received a handwritten welcome note from the hotel's GM, which is a nice touch. Spacious, slightly dated but well maintained room. Good facilities. Not so many people around during our stay

Room i was staying is garden view type. A musty smell in the room, only when i open door can feel better.

The location very near kata beach. Walking distance about 5mins. Good staff with friendly smile. The cleaner at our floor did excellent cleaness job without chasing her. Variety breakfast, fresh and tasty. You can choose local or western and orient.

The rooms are a bit noisy and it can be irritating at times. I had an issue with the girl at reception named Nanny as she forgot about my advanced booking for a car to the airport even after reconfirming it the night before. She fixed it but it was a little annoying that I had to redo everything and waste a lot of time with her. The road to the hotel is very steep so if you are with children keep that in mind. Not recommended if you have disabilities are ailments as the hill is very hard to go up. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. The staff was good and they are very patient. I saw them being unfairly being yelled at my others and they maintained a very high professionalism. Everything was nice, breakfast was good. They changed my room because of issues I had and they were quite good about it. The intern at the desk from Netherlands was super friendly and a pleasure to talk with. I forgot her name, I think it was Rose. If you need help I recommend talking with her.

We expected to have the toiletries such as toothbrush to be replenished daily. That was not the case. Otherwise I would have rated you guys better.

The property itself. It’s old and run down. Especially in the room. Needs a revamp for sure. Breakfast was the same for the 7 days I stayed.

Nothing - we had a wonderful time. There are other resorts in Phuket which have more “luxurious facilities” (eg. stand alone villas, private pools, walk onto the beach) but we didn’t need any of that and we’re more than satisfied.

The staff here were fabulous, and really made our holiday. We never wanted for anything, and the staff we out of their way to be friendly, helpful and look after us, including making us bespoke orders at breakfast, making us towel animals and organising us day trips. I can’t recommend the staff highly enough. The rooms are pleasant, and lovely views of the ocean. The pools were clean and comfortable, and we were close to the beach.
