The resort, the staff and breakfast is amazing. The pools were huge. Bery well maintained resort. The breakfast area was superb, overlooking the hotel’s own small beach. The second swimming pool was also in this area. The Reggie bar is stunning for sunset and drinks. The staff were so friendly, professional and helpful in every way. We went on a boattour to the Island and I left behind my small bag with creditcards and passport. The lady at the travel desk was amazing. They found the bag with everything inside. This was handled and delivered in the best possible way. The gym was great too. Just an incredible and impeccable place.

Better english speaking staff. Display the food better in the restaurant during breakfast, and not hide the food behind the counter (trhe chinese soup for instance).

Superlovely hotel, great staff. Very satisfied with our stay. We got an upgrade and stayed next to the pool area - there are some walking distances at this hotel, but the staff is great in providing shuttles in the hotel area and otherwise you can just walk. The hotel has access to three different beaches so this is an extra plus. Would like to visit again - good value for money.

No beach - the private beach is very small, rocky with no sunbath. We saw nobody staying there Need to take a car from the room to the restaurant and to the main swimming pool. Hotel cars are not electric We had a room with direct access to a pool, which was running alongside all the other rooms : no charm, very basic, no privacy and no sun Main swimming pool : not enough sunbathes, all full very early in the morning Terrasse of the restaurant and breakfast very basic, no pillow for the chairs quite uncomfortable Bad smells at several places including at the pools

Staff very friendly Concierge staff / agency very helpful and nice, helped us to organise everything (private boat day, rent motorbikes, etc..)

Staff need better training as often service was poor in terms of cleaning around the pool area, bringing drinks etc - always with a smile but needs improvement. This could be a fabulous hotel but needs better management.

Hotel is situated in a stunning location and the rooms are spacious and clean.

There are way too many things to mention, unfortunately! I would expect a higher standard as you are paying exorbitive prices even for Thailand.

The food is really bad and the service is not all that great. You do get a sense of cost cutting in terms of food quality and the service is really not upto the mark.

Stunning location within Koh Lanta, about 80kms away from Ao nang, this is a true hideaway. The property is massive and build over a hill. Rooms are great and clean.

Property was poorly managed. Ran out of pool towels everyday. Ran out of coconuts. Workout machines were all broken. Not a well maintained property, generally just run down. Boat trip was over crowded. I never write reviews but this property warranted it.

Food in general was probably the biggest let down (breakfast buffet was really bland to the point ai skipped on most days even though it was free and dinner was definitely way overpriced for the quality), which is an issue for a resort located relatively far from the city center and main streets.

Unfortunately, there were many things that put us off. The staff are all super friendly, but unfortunately , it doesn't mean a job well done. Many times, there were no towels at the pool, while staff could clearly see all towels were being used. Wait staff, again, very friendly, but very slow, even when there were no other guests in the restaurant. The quality of food in the cliff restaurant was below the quality you could find outside of the hotel for a fraction of the price. I mean, I could go on, but if you've read this far, you get the point. Staff here needs retraining. I think it would greatly benefit the guest experience. Also, gym equipment is non functional, rusting, and super old. Last thing, if you are not in decent shape to climb to the top of the resort for the pool, beach, or restaurant, you need to call a buggy. That didn't bother us much, but it wasn't clear when we booked. Overall, we would not return.

We liked our room. It was modern and a decent size.all of the staff were very friendly. Private beach was very quiet and not at all crowded (probably due to absence of seating).

The food was terrible we had to send it back twice as if was undercooked and we didn't eat in the end. The location was far out. Very expensive and not worth it, had to be transported by car through the hotel as its so hilly. Felt Very cheap

Breakfast cold cuts and bread were not very good quality. Beach chairs were in poor condition, one broken with not enough available. Snorkelling equipment was not clean.

Beautiful setting and very accommodating staff. The private pool was very clean and enjoyable. The lighting options in the rooms and patio area were very nice.

We went during off season so that probably explains most of my issues. While there was a swim up bar at the pool, it wasn't staffed. The whole place felt a bit empty and therefore some of the attentiveness you would expect from a place like this was lost.

The facilities were beautiful, well kept and the staff was incredible. Spa was lovely and very professional with good prices. We could have lived in the pool and definitely don't miss the sunset at the reggae bar.
