Perfect size rooms, clean, great location, gym and pool option

when i asked for a bottle of water from housekeeping on the day of check out then i was replied that since you are checking out we can not give 500 ml bottle water.

excellent location and view from the balcony of the hotel. it is value for money in Krabi. beautiful rooms. the only thing that hotel was very restricted towards one extra bottle of water on the day of check out.

No toiletries provided such as shaver, toothbrush/toothpaste and comb/brush. The TV has limited channel which most of it in Thai. This is international or tourist attractions area thus providing other alternative channel should be good. The water heater is not effective. The breakfast should be improved. Not much varieties to choose. Not sure Halal or not as the food was not labelled as such. We eventually skipped breakfast even though we paid for it. The staff cleaning the plates and glasses should excercise care and concern as they created too much noise while clearing which caused much irritation. Should pick up the plates, utensils and glasses/cups and bring it to the kitchen instead of bringing along their trolley as if it is a food court.

The location. 2nd time staying in this hotel. Specifically asked for 2nd floor with balcony facing the street which was fulfilled. Room Aircon was exceptionally cold. Clean and the bed was comfy. Big and spacious room.

The room they kindly upgraded me to was right above the pool so quite loud at times and smelled funky. WiFi was terrible but not the hotel’s fault as this was everywhere I went in this small beach town and may have been due to my esim (which worked everywhere else I went). Knowing I was looking for a party cruise, the hotel lobby’s travel arrangement company booked me on a non-drinking boat to Hong Island where there was also no alcohol. I made the best of the day but really not cool to be in a boat and on a beach all day with no drinks. Next time I will book ahead, lesson learned.

The location is fantastic and really can’t be beat!! The pool and lobby are nice. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Room was really big and nice bathroom. Safe for female solo travelers.

Paid for the extra size room with a bath, booked for 3 days and no hot water??? Would do that again??? No reduction in price

Excellent location just off the main street with plenty of restaurants to choose from, the staff are very friendly and made the stay very enjoyable, Excellent pool and good tour excursion desk with lots of trips to choose from, paid for the extra size room and was not disappointed

Toiletries were very limited. Most of the staff were not friendly, rather 'politely rude'. AC in the restaurant was routinely switched off at 10.00 am though the guests were sitting and having breakfast ( breakfast time was 6.30 to 10.00 am, but people had to adjust with the time zone!). This was rude! It is not a school! No dinner option in the hotel. Breakfast was average.. limited continental, mostly Thai food. The reception person didn't allow us 'late check out' for just an hour for some unknown reason ( hotel was not full at all, it was lean season). I had never faced such situation anywhere. We had to wait for our next part of the journey in a hot, non ac area of the lobby. This was rude.

Excellent location, big room size, clean property, well maintained pool and good quality linens are worth to mention. Proximity to the eateries, convenience store , travel agency and currency exchangers are additional benefit. Ao nang Beach is 5 min walking. Front desk staff 'New' was helpful.

1. They are a bit stingy on the pillows. They gave just one per bed. 2. Heating problem: the room gets very hot, so you need to leave the air con on at all times. So you need two key cards. And they charge a refundable 200 baht deposit for it. Its not a big amount, and it's refunded, but when the room is for two people, I think they should give one key card to each guest without a deposit. 3. The breakfast is until 10 am, and so the staff turn off the air con exactly at 10 am, and then it gets boiling hot because they also open the doors. I understand you want people to leave but don't expect this from such an expensive place. At least let people finish their breakfast. 4. We had a 9am domestic flight to Bangkok, and the reception lady told us that we need to leave at 6 am since it takes one hour to get to the airport. And I asked her like twice to double-check because google Maps said 35 mins. The reception lady confidently said yes. Finally, we arrived in 25 mins and had to wait for check-in to open. Had we left at 6:30am. or at 6.45am as we originally wanted to, we could have had breakfast quickly since it starts at 6.30 am. Overall, the place didn't feel value for money because it seemed like the staff was trained to cut corners and not be very flexible.

Avoid rooms facing the pool - these are not completely private unless you'll keep curtains closed all of the time (as windows of two hotel buildings are facing closely each other) and lots of noise is coming from the pool and hotel restaurant. We were upgraded to a suite due to a special occasion (thank you!) but had to change it to a standard room because it was extremely noisy.

Amazing and helpful staff, especially younger male worker, who helped us organizing a scooter, its reparation and other with stuff. Great location on the main street but not so loud. 7 minutes by foot to the Ao Nang Beach from where it is possible to take a boat to nice beaches or walk another 20-30 minutes through Monkey Trail to a beautiful beach of Centara Grand Hotel.

Me and my partner felt like the people staying in the hotel were rude. The main ethnicity was Indian/Pakistani visitors who were rude especially when coming for breakfast. There was also a lot of noise we could hear from our room (2501) which came from a bar/restaurant across the street but unable to pin point which one this was. The TV only had 4 channels which didn’t worked very well. Poor satellite picture. The shower was ok but not very powerful.

The room was spacious and nice choice of sunbeds shaded or in the sun. Good location short walk to restaurants and shops. The tour guides in the hotel was so helpful when it came to booking excursions and transfers to and from Krabi couldn’t recommend them enough. Reception staff very polite.

Upon arrival our Deluxe room was "busy". We we offered a higher class room, which turned out to be old and dirty both inside and terrace (no private balcony for that type of the room, cigarettes' remainings on the terrace). After stating that we are not satisfied with it we were given the room we initially booked: clean and tidy with a private balcony. Looks as if the staff was trying to push that ugly room to anyone who may agree :)

Perfect location. 7-11 store in the same building. Not far from the beach. Comfortable rooms, car parking available.
