The sofas in the living room - extremely uncomfortable and with some weird stains. Also no plates or cutlery provided even though there was a kitchenette.

Very clean, well kept rooms. Loved the pool access and pool towels thoughtfully placed in room. Looks just like the pictures.

Eggs at breakfast were a bit on the cold side, otherwise no other real negatives.

Great size swimming pool, used salt rather than chlorine to clean pool which made it easier on the eyes. Good breakfast selection.

It was not really in a touristy area and not near to Hua Hin Main Beach. But it was only a short tuk tuk ride to the main touristy area.

The beach was not worth a visit during our stay (jun23). Many sandbugs. Breakfast for a european very basic choices, no variations.

I would of like service around the pool area, and light snacks available to be ordered but it seemed that apart from breakfast they didn’t seem to cater for lunch/bar snacks.

It was a wonderful stay. It’s peaceful and beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures maybe better. All the staff are extremely lovely, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too and there was a lot of variety each morning. I will stay here again!

Shower water affected by other users, dark in the shower and bathroom mirror. Cupboard doors poorly hung and squeaking.

Pool, pool, pool. Beds very comfy and in separate areas. Two TV's, two air conditioning units and individually controlled. Clothes drying rail. Our room far from the lift at end of building (211) and did not receive direct morning or afternoon sunlight. Breakfast great, staff great.

Everything was great! Cleanest hotel, beautiful pool, kindest staff and amazing location! The lady at the reception was always very helpful and guided us in every aspect! They also gave us 200 Baht worth of redeemable money for Vana Nava Water Park!!

Maybe provide more fans in the dining area as there are only two ceiling fans. The area is open and gets very warm.

I couldn't manage to change the aircon temperature. so it's always too cold and i had to switch it off and on to regulate the temperature

The rooms were huge and it included the balcony which oversees the pool. The ratio of guest vs pool was low so everyone got to use the pool and it never seemed crowded

I'd have loved a smart tv or some way to cast different content on the tv because there were few english channels available. I totally understand that most people on holiday in Hua Hin want a poolside or beachside experience which I couldn't do because of surgery I wanted a relaxing time out of the water. The shower temperature wasn't consistent otherwise nice big shower with a big seat/shelf and waterfall + handheld showerheads.

Beautiful modern hotel, loved the bed and sofa and outside day bed. The breakfast buffet had a good range , the pool and layout was beautiful as it clearly caters to people wanting the poolside holiday. The hotel is only 15min walk from the main tourist center, still plenty of restaurants around here.

For westerners the selection of local restaurants was limited as many of the menus only in Thai but we found enough variety. About 15 minute walk from main tourist area.

Loved this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a daybed on our large balcony with view of pool. There were plenty of sunbeds and guests were considerate to each other and did not reserve sun beds. Breakfast was good and included. Room was cleaned everyday to high standard. Would recommend this hotel for a more traditional/local experience.
