The hotel is a bit aged, quite basic, no hair conditioner.

Location is great, right on the beach. The pool is fun for the kids also.

Breakfast is constantly the same, buffet is getting empty and not refilled from 9:30 the omelette section hygiene is not good at all and if you order “no meat” omelette you find piece of meat in your omelette at all time! Tables are not cleaned properly just swapped and always wet…

The room is very old, sometimes smely. The bathroom is horrible ( very awfull, very dirty shower cabin ( very), the sink didnt work and the staff did not repair it when we asked for). The price is too big for their services.

The hotel has a nice pool, but not very clean. The outside is beautifully decorated. Right on the beach. Breakfast great. Good 3 stars hotel.

Breakfast buffet quality disappointing, most of dishes empty by 9:30… omelette section not very hygienic using same utensils for vegetarians so ended up finding meat on my omelette almost every day… Gym equipment very old Beach / pool towels so old that there is holes on it… no bathtub not practical for baby bath. No soundproof in bedrooms at all you can hear all conversations and everything happening in the corridor… Restaurant at the beach portions very small for the price!

Restrictive personal with no flexibility, no place to stay on the beach - in the last days they brought 6 sunbeds. Places inside the hotel rented out so u had to pay/consume to stay.

Furniture at the rooms is kind of old-ish, would be great to have a renovation including proper bigger TVs. Moving around Phuket requires time and planning, traffic is not good at all :(

The resort facilities are great - huge swimming pool in three different levels, very convenient when on holidays with kids. The breakfast was outstanding - one of the best I have seen in Thailand (and I have been to many hotels in the country). Our room was big, with two big beds with a separator in between, great for a family with up to two kids. The staff was amazing, from the reception to the breakfast, room service, kids playrooms etc... - very well trained and always willing to help! Location was good also, there are many restaurants at the beach and behind at walking distance, convenience stores, etc... Is a quiet area great for relaxing!

We have a family of 16 people and our room were scattered around 3 locations. They are far away.

The only downside was that the wifi didn't work properly a lot of the time.

Hard bed. Only few electricityport to charge devices, too few. Breakfast was okey, but very often food, fruits, Juice ended soon before end of breakfasttime.

It’s perfect! The beach was beautiful and not crowded! Pools where amazing. Staff were so friendly! 9/10 due to a bit of glass in our room pool that my son stepped on and cut his foot.

Having to complete everything on the app was hopeless especially as the internet kept coming & going. Face to face or a hotel brochure would be a great (if old fashioned) way to improve the srevice.

The bathroom is a bit too small compared to the room size. The pool in front of the room is nice but nothing special. The big pool needs a little renovation (missing tiles, broken parts). A/C is too much in the restaurant, but you can chose to sit outside. The playground is dangerous and not well maintained. Metallic parts are rusty and sharp. Hotel restaurants are overpriced (as usual).

We booked a pool acces room, which was huge. The room is really spacious, with two king size beds, a sofa bed, and big wardrobes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wide selection of local and international food at breakfast. Direct access to beach and many nice beachfront restaurants. There are many shops and restaurants nerby. Free parking. Very good hotel app.

It has an ordinary, careless decoration. There is no traditional Thai atmosphere. When checking in to the hotel, I asked for water from the reception, but unfortunately there was none:( The beach is small and there are few sun loungers. An extra payment of 5000bht is required for sun loungers at the pool and beach. It's ridiculous!

A holiday facility of average standards for families with children. Beach restaurant and bar area is cool with dj performance.

They just opened a new restaurant - beach club, looks very nice and cosy. Only when you ask for a starter and a main course, you don;t want to get the your main course and your starter together at the same time. So please make sure if clients ask for a starter you will first serve the starter and once finished you serve the main course. Hope the beach club will be successfull.

It was our second time there. The resort is at the beach. Coffee bar at the beach , there is a pool. So you can chose , which is very nice. The people who work at the resort are very nice and helpful. Will come back again.
