Some idiot must have opened a durian in the elevator because it smelled so bad and the scent travelled through the halls. Our room was over looking the pool and some family let their kids swim in the pool. They were so loud that we could hear it wearing noice cancelling AirPods with the door to outside closed. (We were not on the bottom floor but on one of the higher floors) The staff heard the screaming too and didn’t really say anything to them. I swear we arent being dramatic it sounded like they were being drowned.

Quite a small room, the water is not very clean. A bit salty.. Staff are not very friendly. Hard to smile.

About 10min walk to main area. A decent above average hotel. Cant really say its 4 star, perhaps its overrated.

Only thing we didn't like was the extra noisy air conditioning system.

* Very nice and professional vibes at reception. * Sun blocking curtains. * At breakfast they had an egg station and bacon - so we could have a dairy and gluten free breakfast. * All in all a very pleasant and well kept hotel. * Our room was facing the pool so no street noise.

This hotel was booked as a last minute option. We had 3 rooms for our party size. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfy. Had all amenities you needed for the room. We booked rooms 'with no view' but the view off the balcony was trees and more pleasant that looking at the hotels pool. We used the pool but I believe they were having trouble with the pools filters as some days it was more cloudy than others. Location was good, a short walk to restaurants, night markets and shops were to be found whichever direction you went. Would use this hotel again.

Its not a 4 star hotel as advertised. The design is too bad that it can hurt a person and its inconvenient to climb on the bed.

The breakfast was good. Hotel room was clean and walkable distance to the beach and restaurants.

The bed is comfy, and the breakfast is great have a lot of choices, and the location is between Aonang beach and Naparatara beach so is good that we can walk to 2 beaches, and all the staffs are very friendly and nice, we feel so welcome

the pool isn’t in the sun the whole day as the shade covers it pretty quickly, but we didn’t mind this as we went to the beach for sun!

The property is a bit dated/worn and could do with an update. The bathrooms in particular were a bit rundown and the shower kept cutting out when you used it.

pool was nice, hotel was quiet which we liked. only 10 mins walk to the beach. breakfast was decent for the price.

We had 15 nights. The room was good and clean. Working air conditioning. Clean and maintained bathroom. Nice view. The swimming pool also was good and nice place to take a rest from the trips we did in Krabi :) Very polite and helpful staff. The location was great. Few minutes walking distance from everything important in Ao Nang at the same time not exactly in the crowdy and noisy area.

Rooms are a bit oldish and need some renovation. Wi-Fi is ok, but not enough for films or conference calls. More fruit, good cheese and yogurt for breakfast would be amazing. Air conditioner is an old and very loud monster.

Huge bed, like 2m x 2m, which is a dream for a 185 cm couple. A spacious room and bathroom, nice pool area and balcony view. Loved the blackout curtains! There was Netflix available. Breakfast was good with surprisingly delicious croissants, variety of dishes and fresh fruit.

The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked to move rooms due to people below us smoking weed. The pool is nice. The breakfast was good. Close to the beach and night markets.

A little bit run down, not as pretty as the pictures. Fridge is empty but you can get drinking water by request.

Our room is facing the pool so it was nice to just hang out at the balcony. If you are a smoker, there’s no issue with smoking at the balcony. Super spacious room & bathroom . There are separate sections for standing shower & bath tub. Fridge, lock-in vault are provided as well. Location is 10mins walk from Ao Nang beach (where the main attraction is) but you have a lot of eateries, massage places in front of the hotel. Staff are friendly. Our room was ready earlier than expected.
