The property is a bit dated/worn and could do with an update. The bathrooms in particular were a bit rundown and the shower kept cutting out when you used it.

pool was nice, hotel was quiet which we liked. only 10 mins walk to the beach. breakfast was decent for the price.

We had 15 nights. The room was good and clean. Working air conditioning. Clean and maintained bathroom. Nice view. The swimming pool also was good and nice place to take a rest from the trips we did in Krabi :) Very polite and helpful staff. The location was great. Few minutes walking distance from everything important in Ao Nang at the same time not exactly in the crowdy and noisy area.

Rooms are a bit oldish and need some renovation. Wi-Fi is ok, but not enough for films or conference calls. More fruit, good cheese and yogurt for breakfast would be amazing. Air conditioner is an old and very loud monster.

Huge bed, like 2m x 2m, which is a dream for a 185 cm couple. A spacious room and bathroom, nice pool area and balcony view. Loved the blackout curtains! There was Netflix available. Breakfast was good with surprisingly delicious croissants, variety of dishes and fresh fruit.

The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked to move rooms due to people below us smoking weed. The pool is nice. The breakfast was good. Close to the beach and night markets.

A little bit run down, not as pretty as the pictures. Fridge is empty but you can get drinking water by request.

Our room is facing the pool so it was nice to just hang out at the balcony. If you are a smoker, there’s no issue with smoking at the balcony. Super spacious room & bathroom . There are separate sections for standing shower & bath tub. Fridge, lock-in vault are provided as well. Location is 10mins walk from Ao Nang beach (where the main attraction is) but you have a lot of eateries, massage places in front of the hotel. Staff are friendly. Our room was ready earlier than expected.

AC was old and too loud to sleep through, the staff immediately came to fix it when we raised the issue, which we appreciated. They changed the fan but it was still just a noisy appliance

Location was really convenient 5-10 mins walk to the beach and near lots of restaurants and businesses. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious.

Wifi does not always work properly and sometimes the noise from the corridor was a bit disturbing.

The bed was really comfy, the terrace was great and the staff were helpful. Two beaches, many restaurants were in walking distance.

The WiFi speed/quality wasn't great. Had to switch to mobile data hotspot in order to attend virtual meetings (while remote working). They claimed to have a on-call doctor in their booklet but when I unfortunately needed medical help early in the morning, the staff said they can't help me with the doctor or even a taxi - we needed to walk a while to find a tuk-tuk for getting to the hospital.

A quiet, spacious room, decent breakfast, many restaurants nearby, 7-eleven just around the corner and the beach in a 10 minute walking distance.

I love that even at last min request (which they told not possible).. they make it happen!!! Room was spacious. Love the bath tub. Swimming pool is cozy. No. 1 - excellent staffs that always greet us with smile.

The crazy noise from the air-conditioning. The lid of the basin was painted so it looked like it was dirty. At a very small cost, can be changed that I consider self-evident for such a hotel.

The room that we stayed this second time was better than the first one. The balcony was also clean.

Altought the neighbourhood was very quite, the walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbours and people walking the corridor.

Great value for money. The room was big and clean, housekeeping did a great job, staff was very nice and the location was great if you are looking for a quite neighbourhood. The pool area was cozy and breakfast was quite good. Nice detail are glass water bottles at rooms, instead of plastic ones.

Very small tree covered pool area. Only a few beds with even less umbrellas.if ur fair skinned like me that can be an issue.

Great location 5-10 minutes walk from everything. Really clean hotel. Clean bedding and towels daily AC was great, comfy bed. Great WiFi but no TV if you want English TV. Good breakfast buffet something for everyone.

The bathrooms do need some renovation so I hope they invest in that now that the tourist flow is back.

We loved pretty much everything about our stay. Great location, nice staff, the comfiest beds, the rooms are very well planned and quite well ventilated, there's a lot of space and it's not too hot at night so we slept without turning the air-con on. We especially enjoyed the balcony and all the birds singing non-stop!
