The owner & staff were incredibly nice. Our flight was canceled due to weather conditions so we missed our first day at the hotel, so the owner gave us free motor bikes to compensate us. The location is only 5 min ride to the beach, perfect.

We loved our stay here, so much so that we extended for two nights. Wasana was so helpful and accommodating - always checking in with us and organising various things on our behalf. While we aren't Yogi's, we took part in one of the many wellness activities on offer and it was a very pleasant (and affordable) experience. Being based outside the bustle of central Ao Nang was also a great choice. There is a petrol point and washing machines just down the road for extra convenience. I also recommend visiting the Talay Bar & Restaurant during your stay (5 min walk from the hometel).

It was far from Ao Nang Beach so I took a Grab everytime. It was 80-90 Bhat one way.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious and nicely built. It was very clean, the bed was made everyday and you get 2 fresh bottles of water.

Third place hostel is an excellent home away from home. Modern lofty vibes surrounded by vast nature, we loved it. There are some lovely cats living there and some chicken. we also did Yoga and a sound healing and highly recommend it. It’s just a beautiful place with very welcoming hosts. The peaceful Yoga energy reflects around the area, sometimes you can hear the sound bath, that’s pretty cool. The owners helped us to rent a scooter and were always helpful. Our apartment was stunning.

Very difficult to sleep in the morning. Curtains are really thin, you have sun in the room from very early in the morning. The roosters begin to crow as soon as the sun rises.

About a 5/10 minute scooter ride from the Ao Nang beachfront. Really nice quiet location, with a really homely feel. The lady that runs the property is so lovely and really helpful. She helped me with scooter rental and with a taxi to the airport at the last minute when I was unable to book a Grab car. Nice spacious rooms, lovely garden area and outside seating.

The sink was not draining or draining very slowly. Shower head was leaking all over the place. It should be replaced with the new one. There is a rooster which may not let you sleep early in the morning.

Calm and surrounded by nature. Lovely staff. The location is a bit further away from Aonang’s fuss, but for me it was a huge plus. Scooter is recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at Aonang third place. It’s a bit further from the beach but renting a motorcycle gets you around in no time. In return you get a zen and quite place, away from the crowds. Wassana and her two cats make this place feel like home. She is super kind and helpful, on the day of my departure, before a long ferry ride, she gave away her own lunch and fried some eggs to make sure I was not hungry during my trip. Big thanks 🫶🏻

One shutter next to the bed wouldnt open/close. The bathroom being outside can be slightly annoying at night, especially if you turn on the light and all the mosquitoes charge to you.

Its a bunch of cute rooms in a house that is modern and nice design. Theres also a nice garden to sit, a bunch of animals (cats and chickens) roaming around. The owners are very nice and calm. We could even park the car inside. The room was always cleaned and taken care of. The bathroom was a little funky, it was “outdoors” and showering there in the morning was nice. True the location is far from things like aonang beach but with a rental scooter or car you can easily make it.

Lovely stay immersed in nature. There is also the option to attend excellent yoga classes on site at a very good price. The owner was really nice and helped us with arranging our scooter rental. The location is 10 mins ride from the busy centre of Ao Nang, but really peaceful. The room was super clean and comfortable.

The location is quite far from the beach (which actually really suited us), so unless you have a scooter, it can be quite tricky as Grabs are a little few and far between!

Really cool style to this hotel, and the staff were AMAZING and just the most lovely, thoughtful and helpful. Oily in particular was nothing but a gracious host. Also, we went to a yoga class at the property, held on its super peaceful upstairs studio. Heavenly!

The only thing that was a minus was the presence of a rooster who was waking us up every morning around 06.30 am. If you are a light sleeper keep in mind.

This was my second stay in this amazing, charming hometel and it was as satisfying as the first time. The owners are extremely polite and helpful, the cleaning was Impeccable, the property is located about 4 kilometres from the Aonang village but it can be easily approached by taxi or a motorbike. Another plus was the decoration of the room, the very comfortable clean bed and the size of it -it was very spacious-.

Location is slightly further from Ao Nang busy main road but I actually didn’t mind it, the nature sounds are worth it! and with the Grab app you can get a ride for a couple of dollars fee into town :)

The experience of staying here was beautiful, calming and memorable. The facilities are designed well, spacious clean rooms, the kindest staff (Wasana is an absolute gem of a human - even gifted me a little treats bag for my travel!) and Oliy facilitares the most devine sound baths in the on-site studio :)

The are a few chickens and a cock so I would wake up at 5am because of it.

It was one of the best places I've ever stayed in while traveling. The place is amazing, a few terraces, very comfy, wonderful design, lots of nature. I took hundreds of photos around the area. I stayed in a big family room with my parents. it included everything needed, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, cups and plates, towels, toiletries, air conditioner. It is located around 8 min by car from Ao Nang beach and 50 min by foot (if you want to walk). The staff was very nice, polite, helped us with getting a van as we were a bug group to get to the airport. Also there are a few cats walking around.

Wow what an amazing place. We stayed here for a week and would definitely stay again if we’re in Ao Nang. The room was amazing, bed super comfortable and whole room was super clean. The host Oily, was super friendly and kind, she helped us with bike hire which we appreciated, nothing was every too much trouble for her, what a amazing lady 🙏 There are yoga lessons available at a discounted price for people staying here which always seemed busy, so I’d reccomend checking it out 😌 no complaints from us, had an amazing week here!

There’s a bit mosquito outside in the evening, but the hostal provide us with mosquito zapper, it doesn’t bother us that much.

The vibes and the chic environment of the hostal makes us feel comfy:)
