Breakfast wasn’t the best, unfortunately being set in the hillside a lot of the wildlife ends up inside with you including rats. Tried to change rooms but were told the rats are only at night and no other rooms were available. They did come and try and install traps but they weren’t very successful.

The setting is beautiful, stunning scenery and the bed was absolutely wonderful. Loved the jacuzzi on the balcony and the morning visits from the monkeys. The grounds are well kept and also very beautiful. Staff were all polite and friendly

We arrived at 12:30 and they told us that our room is being cleaned so we can checkin at 2:00. After we checked in we found that the room was not cleaned at all and dusty We had few lizards not gickos inside the room. We had to live with it as they are not harmful Breakfast options are not much. But they are willing to prepare the food you like if you ask

Keep in mind it is an alcohol free facility. Which then again you might want to be careful of anyway with the steep hills/stairs. Also, the room service food is not good at all - save your money and go to some of the other great restaurants downtown.

The views from the balcony are amazing and fare amount of options with the included breakfast. I loved the roti! I would recommend staying here.

The buggy service needs to improve as it was a long way from the room and the weather was extremely hot to wait outside for long. Too many mosquitoes as it’s a forest.

Beautiful place, lovely rooms quiet close to the market and other restaurants. Breakfast at the property was good.

the room and the hotel are somewhat disappointing. Although the pictures were amazing when booking, when we arrived at the place (we booked the most expensive room with a view), we got a room with a balcony overgrown with bushes and trees, an avalanche of mosquitoes. We asked to change the room and the staff was very reluctant to do so, instead they offered us dinner, but the amount did not correspond to the money spent on the premium room. It was difficult enough to make an agreement and it took about 2 hours of our travel time.

The resort is beautiful l, however I would not recommend staying here during rainy season. A lot of bugs around and the rooms were located far from the main road and reception. But the staff are very helpful and it is a pretty resort.

The choices for breakfast was too simple. There was no fresh juice to be offered or in the breakfast line. There was an issue with the bike if your rented with them in the hotel. There was the time limit to drop off max 9 pm however it was difficult for us to be at the time of the shop open and the hotel staff cannot help much. They will force you either to drop at the shop by yourself or at the hotel waiting the bike guy to pick the bike up. there was the deposit money for that. the bike shop was available from 0700-2100. where it was impossible for us when we had the morning flight and at the night we still required the service. a bit disappointed. I did not understand why we rented it through hotel but it cannot accommodate the customer needs.

The room was big and comfortable. we booked the room with the jacuzzi outside the balcony. The staff was helpful especially the guy who drove the cars up and down the hill to drop all the guests to the rooms. There was a 24hrs welcome drink for self service together with the biscuits.

it's true what they say about tuk tuks here - sometimes you have to wait a long time before they pick you up. bungalows are located in the jungle so you can expect bugs, spiders etc.

it was a pleasant stay. the resort is close to the city center, breakfast was fine, personnel - very friendly and helpful, bungalows are cute and clean. swimming pool area is perfect for the chill out.

the shuttle system to access the rooms needs to be improved as the waiting can be very long sometimes (until 30 min !). And I would suggest to use electric shuttle instead.

Alcohol free and not mentioned on booking. Transport to/from rooms needs repairing. Sun loungers need cleaned. Beds are too hard but when you ask they will add a softer layer.

The breakfast was OK but because it is Muslim run no bacon and only chicken sausages, the dining area is open and the fans too high to do anything especially in April . The restaurant does not serve alcohol of any type when we had a evening meal, the mini bar in your room does not have any beer in it. There is a 7/11 opposite the hotel but you cannot drink in the restaurant,

The individual bungalows were very comfortable and quiet. The views were stunning and the view from the swimming pool out of this world

The room was insanely hot when we arrived as the air conditioning was not on prior to arrival. It took about 45 minutes to properly cool down. It was super humid outside.

It's a beautiful hotel that lives up to an ecological resort. It's setup perfectly in the jungle which is a good break from our month-long beach holiday. The trip to the room and back in the cart could be tedious during busy the busy hours but apart from that, it was amazing. Would certainly recommend!

We wanted to extend our stay for 1 day so we had to change the rooms. While we were on a trip, staff managed to move our luggages, but although I booked same standard (deluxe room) second one was worse - no bathtub, no window in a bathroom, worse decor - however it is small detail :)

Beautifully situated hotel with great view from the window. Each “room” is separated, little bungalow. Very comfortable and nice inside. Great breakfast offer, very nice pool. In general great hotel, a bit far from the city center but it’s not an issue at all.
