Germany- Toilette wasn't clean (It was disgusting) - Glasses in the room were very dirty, just used glasses turned upside down - Shuttle to the city didn't go out as promised and also didn't pick us up in the city. We had to go by taxi - breakfast very basic - Chainsaw throughout our 3 day trip in front of our bungalow (yes, work has to be done and low season is a good time for that but maybe don't start early in the morning and maybe work a couple of hours straight to get the work done quickly instead of sawing 10 times a day for 10 minutes.) - Ways blocked by vehicles of the workers so we had to walk though the mud - Facilities are quite old. Fridge is loud and the aircon was lacking so everything got wet on the table below.
The atmosphere in the jungle is just amazing. Especially in the low season the price is great for what you get: A private bungalow with a terasse surrounded by lush greens and sounds of nature. Staff at the reception is very friendly and the food we had in the restaurant (besides breakfast) was good. Pool is nice and offers great views. With a better management this resort could be outstanding.

PortugalThe room is not perfect, there are a lot of racks where the bugs can enter and the bathroom did not meet my expectations.
The location and the hotel property were amazingly beautiful, it really feels like your in the middle of southern thailand forests. The staff is very nice and helpful. Thank you to the restaurant cookers the good was great!!

New ZealandLocation is a little far from the main road and restaurants (I'm here low season and the restaurant closes at 2pm, but I'd want options anyway). It's only about 10 minutes to the main road, then another 20 through town to the beach, but there is no lighting on the road between the main road and the resort. Curtains in my bungalow needed repairs.
Great pool, fabulous staff and lovely surroundings set in a well-laid out jungle backed by Ao Nang's stunning cliffs. The bungalows, while a little old and tired, are perfectly comfortable and very clean

Try booking all the tours from the hotel as they have good tie ups and decent rates. They have shuttle to the beach which is really helpful as we can go and come back without spending extra. Overall stay was a unique and beautiful experience.

United KingdomThe footpaths were not very well lit at night. You need to take a taxi or the hotel shuttle (which stops fairly early) to access amenities - but this is to be expected when staying out of centre. The bathroom was not the cleanest/nicest but it was fit for purpose and acceptable for the price.
I enjoyed the resort in general. It is slightly out of the way (though a very short driving distance from the beach). We wanted the treehouse/jungle experience, and this provided that.

SloveniaOnce we left the air conditioning off in the evening, so the room was hotter than outside and cockroaches came in (appears as they search for heat). Staff removed them quickly so that wasn't problematic, just a room without AC would probably be a bit problematic. We booked a bungalow with a fan but changed it on the spot because it was very hot even late in the evening. Room transfer was handled quite well.
We loved the ambiance because the resort is in the jungle with a beautiful cliff view covered with tropical plants. Breakfast was alright, with great staff. The best part of the resort was the pool with the best barman Sayem. Made our day!

Very tasty breakfast buffet. I liked the pool next to my bungalow. Living in the jungle, close to the nature gives a feeling of privacy. I really liked it. But you have to be aware that you live very close to the nature, so you can expect monkeys outside and many bugs and lizards inside your bungalow. I even had a rat. They clean your room every day and bring you 2 bottles of Water. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and I would stay there again. Even with all those animals inside.
