A few downfalls of this place. There is a thumping from the bars across the street from 6pm-2/3am each night. It’s very annoying even if it’s not too loud. Towels were never replaced (at least we don’t think) during the 4 night stay and were very stinky by the final day, to the point where we could not use them.

This was a really clean, well kept resort, although quiet during our visit. The pool is lovely, really clean, always had it to ourselves. The room was spacious, nice balcony. Had everything we needed. Water given each day. Bed is spacious and a lovely waterfall shower. Friendly check in staff. They offer breakfast for 200baht per person - we never got it so can’t advise if it is worth it. 7/11 very close by, night market ,laundry and restaurants within walking distance. My partner cut his leg and bled onto sheets during the night. These were so kindly changed without asking during our stay.

The double bed was two single mattresses which was not as comfortable as it could have been but we didn’t raise it as we had a lot of stuff and could not be bothered moving rooms, even if this was offered (cannot confirm if it would have been as we did not ask). The noise from the surrounding bars was also quite loud.

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very nice. The pool was nice and clean.

Not many people but it’s low season

Good location. Close to the pier, night market. Lovely walk up to AO nang beach and back in the evenings. Hotel smells absolutely gorgeous. I moved from a previous place to this hotel as I couldn’t stand the smell. This hotel room was gorgeous and clean and new and everything is just nicely fridge. Water given everyday. The cleaner for the room is great. I’ve actually booked this room three times since I’ve been here and I’m still here.

The safe jammed locking my valuables inside, so they sent up a handyman who was able to reset it but I didn't chance it after that. It can get a little noisy at night so make sure those glazed doors at the front of the building are closed, and then you're fine.

Friendly, helpful staff and good central location - walking distance to Ao Nang and Nophat Thara beach. There's a really good selection of restaurants right along that road, as well as the night market.

The swimming pool area is not the best, but fair for the money. The shower pressure had some problems.

The room was cosy and the staff was nice. The location is good as it is close to some restaurants near the beach and you can walk all the way to ao nang or the night market.

AC units were obsolete and the air stream was directly aimed to the bed. Some machinery noises in the night. The fridge was noisy and we had to disconnect it.

Location was 10/10 and the staff was great. Breakfast was decent. Free bottled water everyday was a plus. Overall i would come again for sure.

The fridge was making an infernal noise and i had to disconnect it. The AC unit was old and the air current was aimed straight at the bed. Sometimes there was a background noise from exterior AC units.

Breakfast was decent. Close to the center, about 3 minutes with a taxi. Decent sized balcony. The staff was very nice.

Excellent Location! Only 1 min away from Pier (Nopharat Thara Beach), 7/11 next door. Decently quiet at night. Property is newly done up.
