United StatesI have booked for a week's stay. I didn’t like A breakfast time,only location was full of flying bugs ( fly and bees ) which was a nuisance for all guests for breakfast in the morning , same breakfast every day and The pressure of water flowing in the bathroom is slow .

AustraliaOutdoor areas toward the edges of the property were looking a little derelict, such as torn canopies over some of the reclining chairs near the non-operational bar(?). My room was oddly fit out with a strange day bed tucked into a dark corner. Balcony looked out onto next door's concrete wall and very little greenery. Shower head was due for a replacement as it was so calcified that very little water got out! Air con in room seemed to not change even when temperature dial was moved, and some areas of the tiled floor were very warm to walk on, where the rest was cool as you would expect - room stayed too warm overnight for a relaxed sleep. Very little Thai food on offer at restaurant, they seem to want to offer more western food (I can get that at home).
Lovely pool area; views across the bay were beautiful. Room was clean and comfortable.

AustraliaIt’s very tired. The room was on par with a cheap motel. The breakfast was mediocre at best. We only ate in the restaurant once and that was not a good experience. To keep guests in the resort, they really need to address the poor quality of food on offer.
The view from our room was the best part of the resort. The pool area was very nice and we enjoyed our time bobbing around in the water 😁

GermanyI kept 6 night in this resort. To be honest staff are very nice and helpful. But the resort it self is in a big need for refurbishment. Everythink is old and mostly dead. Room cleaning was under average. 6 days no one time bed sheets changed. Breakfast is the minimum quality available. All in all can't recoomend. I would rather spend more money and have better quality. I rented a car and was all around Phuket because it is useless to keep the hole day in such a hotel. Sorry but I consider it as a bad experience.

MacaoThe shower had a problem i think. It was too hot even if the handle was already in the middle and when i tried to put it into a colder temp, there was barely any water coming out. Also, i was surprised that toothbrush was not provided as part of the kit. Other supposedly basic amenities were there except for toothbrush which i think is the most basic. Even a cheap 3 star hotel would have cheap toothbrush kits. First hotel i’ve been to that does not have this. Considering it’s not a very cheap hotel. Fairly affordable but not that cheap to not be able to provide toothbrush. Location also is bot very convenient. Not very safe to walk on the street since there are no sidewalk going down the hill. Quite a walk also going back up.
Room was spacious and the beds were really a lot for us. Staffs were very nice. View of kata beach is very nice. The pool also, my kids liked very much.

KazakhstanThe stay was not what you can expect from a 5-star hotel. The room was big but durty, the cleaning is everyday still there is dust and stains on the soft surfaces. We also faced a problem with an additional charge for minibar which has been actually included in the price. The staff from reception put the blame on booking.com and did not even try to solve the problem. They do not even listen to you, just threaten with security if we will not pay.

United StatesThe rooms were not cleaned properly, dust on the floor. The bedding was not changed unless we specifically requested new sheets. There is no shampoo/conditioner. The restaurant food is not worth the price. You can get much better-tasting and cheaper options down the steep hill. When the rooms were being cleaned, the staff left the doors open, so we often returned to our room with several mosquitoes. There are days we return to the room with no towels or body wash. The taxi service on the property is well overpriced.
The view of Kata Beach is amazing—great welcome drink. The ambiance of the resort itself is amazing. Very quiet location up a very steep hill.

United KingdomPotential to be a wonderful hotel, however it is let down by the poor quality of it's food and restaurant services. The pool bar often closed early. Service in the restaurant in the evening was slow and the food was not of good quality. One of our dishes was poorly cooked showing raw chicken - they were happy enough to take the dish away but still wanted us to pay for it. The rooms were adequately but not sparkly clean. The air conditioning was temperamental and one of our rooms smelt damp.
Lovely pool area. Good location at quieter end of Kata Beach. Helpful and efficient taxi service at hotel.

AustraliaRoom was not ready upon check-in time so we had to wait an hour. We were offered a complimentary drink to apologise however it was only juice. We also purchased the Seaview room but our view was covered by trees and it seemed majority of the others were too. We also requested a king bed however were given two singles. Breakfast was okay if you like eggs but not much variety otherwise.
The property had a great pool area overlooking the sea. the shuttle bus they offered was handy and we enjoyed lunch there.
