The walk up the steep hill from the beach. But that's balanced by the great views fron the balcony.

When I was there, the kitchen closed rater early at 6pm due to the low number of guests. I'm sure it'll be open later when busier.

A beautiful resort with really lovely staff. The team of staff were always happy to help with anything from laundry to car hire to investigating what is open during covid times!

The location on a steep hill, was very difficult to be able to walk anywhere. When using taxis from.hotel was very expensive, luckily i had Bolt on my phone and used that the majority of the time. The reception manager was inflexible and i found her quite rude

First check in was cold and unprofessional, and out of 3 rooms, only the last one smelt fair. The other 2 smelt sewerage. Many other concerns, cleanliness, water pressure in that room were like a drip. The following morning asked for a rectification; which was aceptable but not 5 star. Mould in shower.

Because it’s on top of a hill access by foot isn’t so easy , but there are plenty of taxis to use

A Terrible things when I’m take the room and my bf use a toilet he shout loudly because someone used toilet and fully of…. Its terrible!!! The buffet not included with a booking and buffet so boring, not so much food.

The staff were very rude. We booked the honeymoon suite but the jacuzzi water was very dirty and when we asked for it to be fixed, no one came. The breakfast was poor with very limited options.

Reception staff were not helpful and spoke in thai language in front of me with other staff members and laughing when i was asking for help. chef in the restaurant was rude to me when i was getting my breakfast Staff at reception told me i could have a shower after i checked out to freshen up before i left to the airport - they gave me a towel and told me to use an outdoor shower next to the pool - how am i supposed to take my clothes off in public and have a shower with other customers watching ?

The check in staff aren’t friendly. It just feels like you are annoying them. Breakfast staff are nice. This whole place is so dirty it isn’t funny. The hill you have to walk up is so steep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our shower was extremely poor. Its unbelievable. I don’t see how they have so many people staying here. Spend some money on the place and do it up!!

We were charged a surprise 1,200 bht for “damaging” the duvet in our room. I’ve never had a hotel charge for “damages” to a duvet or blanket. The so called “damage” was a bit of orange juice my two year old spilt - the size of a silver dollar. I had a conversation with the manager and said it was our responsibility for damaging the duvet cover (which is white… in a beach town…). If we had done something wrong like had a party or spilt wine - I would understand a bit more. Don’t hotels buy linen in bulk? Also - unless you are okay to walk up/down hill - stay elsewhere. Taxis can be called, but are not regularly available.

The pool is nice and the common areas are clean.

Biggest down fall it’s on a very steep hill! Also no evening entertainment on, breakfast was below average
