A beautiful resort with really lovely staff. The team of staff were always happy to help with anything from laundry to car hire to investigating what is open during covid times!

ThailandThe location on a steep hill, was very difficult to be able to walk anywhere. When using taxis from.hotel was very expensive, luckily i had Bolt on my phone and used that the majority of the time. The reception manager was inflexible and i found her quite rude

Many other concerns, cleanliness, water pressure in that room were like a drip. The following morning asked for a rectification; which was aceptable but not 5 star. Mould in shower.

New ZealandThe check in staff aren’t friendly. It just feels like you are annoying them. Breakfast staff are nice. This whole place is so dirty it isn’t funny. The hill you have to walk up is so steep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our shower was extremely poor. Its unbelievable. I don’t see how they have so many people staying here. Spend some money on the place and do it up!!
The pool area is amazing. That’s about it.

United States of AmericaWe were charged a surprise 1,200 bht for “damaging” the duvet in our room. I’ve never had a hotel charge for “damages” to a duvet or blanket. The so called “damage” was a bit of orange juice my two year old spilt - the size of a silver dollar. I had a conversation with the manager and said it was our responsibility for damaging the duvet cover (which is white… in a beach town…). If we had done something wrong like had a party or spilt wine - I would understand a bit more. Don’t hotels buy linen in bulk? Also - unless you are okay to walk up/down hill - stay elsewhere. Taxis can be called, but are not regularly available.
The pool is nice and the common areas are clean.
