The staff were amazing from the get go and our room was way bigger than we expected. The breakfast buffet was also probably one of the better ones we have had. Overall we got way more than we expected and would 100% stay again next time.

The room has an adjoining door (to open up if staying with families) to the other room which unfortunately doesn't insulate the noise from the other people as I was unfortunate to have other guests staying and talking late into the night and early hours of the morning during my stay. A limited buffet breakfast was included every morning with the room which it was cooked a little bit too greasy for my liking (omelettes / scrambled eggs / bacon etc including cereals and fruits). I found it too repetitive to eat every day so chose another restaurant to eat for breakfast/brunch for more variety.

This resort was ideally located in Haad Yao close to the main beach and very modern spacious rooms with a lap pool close to the onsite restaurant overlooking the beach itself, where food and drinks were served at reasonable prices The double bed was one of softest and comfiest beds I have slept in whilst travelling Asia which was very much appreciated. There was a 7 Eleven store walking distance close by as well as a few cafes and restaurants which was very handy. Staff were very polite and very helpful in organising my return trip back with taxi and ferry tickets back to Koh Samui Airport that made everything very easy and very seamless. I would be more than happy to return here as I found the location very appealing as it is more relaxed vibe on the North West side of Koh Phangan away from the young party goers in the south. Tip: For those looking for a more peaceful holiday. Make sure you don't arrive on Full Moon Beach party day (held once a month) as the crowds and ferries / transport is chaotic on arrival on Koh Phangan and very hard to find any motos to hire anywhere on the island. Better to stay 2 days after this event when everything goes much quieter,

Great loction right on the beach next to nice beach clubs. The breakfast was also amazing and the room was very spacious with a pretty balcony. The sunset views are also unreal!

We stayed in two rooms, size is very nice. The first one was on second floor, we did not like was that it had a wooden wall between the next room, so we could hear all the voices and noises. It also had a fine line from where you could see to the other room, so not privacy (picture attached). Second room was very nice and no complaints.

Location was nice, beach was great, in my opinion the best beach in the island. Next door shop what makes easy to buy food. Restaurant was nice, breakfast is OK.

We stayed 4 nights and we loved our stay. Clean rooms with little pool and best beach on the island just few meters away. Breakfast was exceptional - we could choose from their breakfast menu items like avocado on toast and we always got huge portions. We needed to have early breakfast and they prepared everything for us.

Restaurant staff could ask for drinks when you sit at the beach somewhat more frequent, they stay at the restaurant most of the time. They do serve food and drinks at the beach if you order. Didn't like the many (overpriced) drinks and snacks at the minibar. 7/11 is 1min walk away.

The resort is located at the middle of the beach, offers nice chairs and beanbags at the beach. Room was clean and all good. Breakfast and restaurant were great, but starts at 08:00 so if you have an early boat you don't have breakfast.

It takes a bit of time until warm water arrives to the upper floor but I wouldn't complain but rather be happy that there is decent water pressure unlike in some other resorts.

Everything was perfect, the staff is super friendly, the rooms are big and also are the balconies, the beach, shop, everything is very close, the breakfast quality was very good and also the a la carte lunch / dinner was fine. Beds are really comfortable.

The bathrooms need renovation; they're significantly older than other facilities. Our first room had flies coming from the pipes, and although staff moved us, the second room still had bathroom issues - the toilet didn't flush properly. Despite a temporary fix, the problem persisted, making our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the filtered coffee served at breakfast didn't match the quality of the meal; offering better coffee without extra charge would enhance the experience. Limiting morning drinks to one per person but providing higher-quality coffee would be a great improvement.

The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach nearby and breathtaking sunsets. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff, particularly the breakfast server, were exceptionally friendly.
