A lot of building surrounding, it wasn’t mentioned in important information before payment & check in. Upon arrival, the staffs informed and explained regarding building surrounding politely. Complementary floating breakfast was provided due to of mentioned issues 👍 However everything was nice and perfect, villa 11 is good , staff is very good, kitchen as well 👍

- we had to pay for a plate we haven’t even broken, it was their cleaning staff - in the night it was kinda creepy, very lonely even there were other guests around - breakfast porridge was two times too watery, but overall good - a second deck chair would have been nice

Breakfast was average. Dodgy door on my villa. So beeping noises throughout the stay. Construction being done at time so not so scenic. Additionally the water feature in our villa was not working properly.

Cool villa designs very good value and great tv and wifi connectivity. Staff were responsive, polite and tried to be accommodating.

Wasn’t a fan of the WhatsApp group to message reception, personally I prefer to talk on phone or face to face but I could see the appeal to some people The doors were very stiff and hard to open and close

It was all great. Keeping in mind that this is not a resort with all inclusive options and extras packages but a serviced villas situation with some breakfast options, our stay was perfect, no complaints. We used whatsapp to communicate with the reception staff when needed (can also visit the reception) and that worked well for us. There are breakfast options to be served in the room which are decent but no large buffet. Milk tea and coffees served at a small but lovely coffee shop amongst the trees are actually really really good, equivalent to a large commercial city coffeeshop.

Wonderful house with private pool and lovely view - Beds quite large and nice smooth - very clean - Staff was always friendly and helpful - Surounding calm - Beach a bit far away for walk, better rent a car - Breakfast can be choosen from several options and will be served in the apartment. We will come back if we visit Phuket again!

Saw a geko on the last night in the kitchenette so I was on edge and heard it the whole night from our bedroom upstairs. The walk from the car park down to our room in the dark is eerie and includes 3 sets of stairs, going up every morning was a bit of a trek too.

Great Duplex suite with a private pool and all updated interior. Felt very expensive and new and was so spacious for just a couple. The staff are always at hand for every little thing and the service was impeccable.

Breakfast was terrible, we tried 3 different options, all bad. Food at lunch/dinner decent, but you have to order until 4pm if you’re planning to have dinner. You definitely need to use a car or scooter, the location is kinda far from everything. Also found out about the 2000 bahts deposit at the checkin, we weren’t told about this and got a bit of a suprise. Beware of the wildlife, got some freaky surprises with a giant spider, mosquitos etc.

The Vila was great, pool amazing, view decent, nothing wow. Got lucky to not have another vila in front of ours, otherwise the view would be non-existent. Good communication on wapp with the staff.

the hotel is more of a serviced villa than a resort or hotel, keep that in mind when visiting. services close at a specific time and services are limited.

location and view was amazing, the staff are willing to do anything to make you happy, privacy is excellent, rooms do not leak sounds at all.

The views are all right (I opted for the best possible villa - the highest row - and had a smallish sea view). It is important to be prepared for the self-service options. We had downloaded Grab App for ordering taxis and dinners. The location is fairly remote - so it works both ways - the privacy is great but then it is far away from Phuket's night attractions/ hotspots

The constant communication that reception keeps with you - May and Jessie! The place is intimate and romantic. Cozy and yet spacious. The breakfast options are well thought off.

the location was pretty inaccessible if you didnt rent your own vehicle as it was really up the mountains.

the staff jessie was realllly nice and made sure we had a comfortable stay. breakfast was pretty good as well. i would really recommend this place to couples who wants to stay in and relax. not really for younger couples who wishes to go out and explore phuket
