Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandNothing to say really. It's getting a little old, but the hotel still very well decorated, and well maintained.
The rooms a spacious, and well equipped. Very clean and daily room service if required. Located in the heart of Sukhumvit soi 22 makes this hotel an excellent choice, not far from the BTS sky train, which links to many other areas in Bangkok. Good restaurants, massage parlours, bars, and shopping malls close by. We have stayed here many times, and never a bad experience. Good bye till next time.

United KingdomThis is just scratching the surface , but would have like a table and chair on the balcony , also rooms need a little update .
The staff were very friendly and helpful , very pleasant stay , rooms were large , although a little old and out dated , but for the price , very good value . Cleaned every day , water and clean towels , Lisa on front desk always greeted you with a smile and a hello , it was a very nice stay , and defiantly will stay there again . Thank you Admiral for a very nice 3 weeks .

IndiaOverall, the place is great.. the only issue was the wifi speed was horrible. The shower also needs a bit of twiddling before you get the hot/cold ratio correct.
This is a great hotel in a great location. The hotel room is reasonably large with a bed and table and a kitchenette. It is in a fantastic location very near to many good restaurants, massage places and other good hotels like Marriott Marquis. It is also 1-2 km from Asok which has great nightlife. The bed was quite clean and spiffy.

Room was very spacious and kitchen part was well equipped. Proper bath and a couple of spaces for writing. Also liked the coin operated laundry. I found I did not need the drier as the clothes rack on the balcony did the job.
